Classes
Ok, Now that you decided upon stats lets go through a quick review of professions your character can be these are also known as character classes.
Bard:
The wandering minstral... the bard is the entertainer ... the person who wanders the land adventuring and writing tales of their travels and what they see or hear... also as a result they do learn some spell casting arts as well as a variety of skills.
Cleric:
The holy Warrior/priest... who not only leads prayers but dons armor and fights evils in the name of their lord on the battlefield. The cleric while not normally having truely world shattering magic like a mage or soceror, he does gain a great deal of mysitc power from his faith in his or her god which makes them incredibly formidable.
Druid:
The woodland mystic... his god or goddess directed him to defend the the woodlands which he does... he maintains the balance and harmony of nature and like the cleric his faith fuels his mystic powers.
Fighter:
You all know this type or person... the warrior... the person who lives and dies by his marital skills, while they cannot use magic they are highly trained in the use of weapons and even in some cases martial arts skills, their toughness is the stuff of legend, all of wich make up for what some people think they lack.
Monk:
The martial warrior... the Shao-lin Priest... The monk gets by with mystic martial arts proweress enabling him to stun opponets... leap high in the air... even do deadly hand to hand strikes, balanced against their quiet nature, and simple lifestyle the monk is a story in contradictions. Paladin:
The Holy Warrior... The paladin is the holy warrior they fight as they feel their god orders... and uphold the laws of their faith... they are granted several mystical powers along with their warrior skills (second only to the fighter in just raw fighting ability) including at higher levels ... spell casting. It is always foolish and dangerous to cross a paladin as they are nearly fanatical in their approach and beliefs.
Ranger:
The woodland warrior... often as mysterios as he is deadly... Rangers spend the majority of their lives learning about their enviornment... and are truely gifted for their devotion to nature... they have stealthy skills that rival a theif great fighting proweress... even a touch of magic ... all so they can protect the woodlands from the cretures that would destroy it.
Socereror:
One of the two spellcasting paths... the powerful mages of legend... the Socereror is naturally gifted with their powers their spell casting is most noticable because they cast their spells in verse.
Thief:
The Rogue... the Thief makes their living stealing ... running cons... basically finding ways to remove valuable belongings from where they are stored to his person... but the theif is also a good scout, spy, and is even helpful disarming traps, and moving without being seen or heard by their skill alone.
Wizard:
One of second of two spellcasting paths... the powerful mages of legend... the Wizard gains their power through intense study... casting spells requires comples sigils words and hand gestures.
