"The Presumption of Concerted Practice" in the Turkish Competition Law: An Institution of Legal Uncertainty with an Uncertain Future In this paper, the current use of the presumption of concerted practice in Turkey is analyzed. While benefiting from analogies drawn from the U.S. and E.C. Competition Law to the extent possible, the paper primarily evaluates this institution together with its impacts on Turkish Competition Law application in the past 4 years.
