Bargain Bill has done a good transforming a run down flea market into a modern strip mall that includes the benefit of exceptional weekend foot traffic due to the flea market business. He invested more than $4 million into his facilities and we are all about to reap the benefits. He added a 16 pump modern Shell Station, a convenience store (which we are attached to), a sports bar, additional indoor rental space, and a paved parking lot. This is all in addition to his Pizza that has been regarded as the best in Sussex County and draws a crowd of its own. More store fronts are in the construction phase including a McDonalds restaurant and a new strip mall along Route 9.
We are currently open Thursday thru Sunday but once the convenience store and Shell Station open there should be enough traffic to warrant a 7 day operation. My wife wants to work less not more and this is the primary reason why we are looking to sell.
