This section is a reference for when someone has influence in a certain area and is moving against the PC, or for just seemingly random events to happen by to annoy the PC.

Bureaucracy (1d10)
1 PC's car was used in a robbery (sometime when PC was not watching it.) Of course, this merits a full police investigation. If your car was stolen, why wasn't it reported? And how can it be stolen if it's right here in your driveway?
2 All utilities in PC's home are turned off.
3-4 The PC gets a parking ticket that just won't go away. Do you have proof you paid it? Bring it down between 9-4 weekdays. No, that receipt is for a different ticket!
5-7 PC's pet dog/cat/goldfish/ghouled sloth is found to be unlicensed and/or without it's rabies shot. There are fines and possible investigations by the local SPCA (or Gangrel or Verbena).
8-9 PC (male only) receives a letter from Social Services showing that he is the proud father of a bouncing baby from 4 years ago and owes 4 years of back child support, due in 72 hours.
8-9 PC (female only) gets letter from lawyer saying PC is the last living relative of person X, who recently passed on. After meeting with lawyer, proving her identity and signing several forms in triplicate, lawyer says he believes her identity is verified. Lawyer tells her a bit about person X (whom PC has never heard of but they were distantly related). X's personal property was liquidated and estate managed to pay her bills in full. What is left for you is $128., a trunk full of memorabilia, and her child. (Secretary brings in child/teen/baby.) "Well, I have a trial in half an hour, I'd better be going. Pleasure to meet you madam. Good luck!"
10 The PC is notified that his driver's license has been revoked due to insurance cancellation/drunk driving/unpaid tickets.

Health (1d10)
1-3 An old lover contacts the PC informing them that she has AIDS and wants to have the PC tested so she can see if it came from him.
4-6 PC's ally/contact/retainer/kinfolk/consor/acolyte has a mental breakdown and is being held "for observation" for 72 hours or 10 days, depending on severity of breakdown and the person's actions.
7-10 PC (male only) needs to show up to give blood to settle paternity suit with (random female, ex girlfriend, true love?).
7-10 PC (female only) goes in for routine physical and blood test gives a (false?) positive on pregnancy. Also works well if PC goes to a hospital, and the hospital does blood tests.

High Society (1d10)
1 PC finds a pass for two for a new museum/art gallery exhibit; fashion show, concert, or sports event. This should be a very exclusive event that PC could not normally go to. Your choice if the pass is for assigned seats (person who "lost" tickets probably was important and pissed) or for general admission to an exclusive area (not traceable guest pass to special viewing night or guest box for a few dozen people or more).
2-4 A well dressed teenage kid wanders by with a small army of servants, lackeys and bodyguards. They have video cameras and appear to be filming stuff. The kid goes up to people, offers them hundreds of dollars CASH to do stupid, humiliating things in public, and gets it on film. "I beg your pardon sir. Would you wallow around in this mud puddle for 3 minutes for $200.?" The man replies "Heck, for another $50. I'll oink like a pig too! Um, can I take off my tie first? My daughter got this for me." Gang members sing "We Armed the World". Prostitutes sing "What the World needs now is More Love". Bizarre!
5-7 A little old lady approaches the PC. Her husband of 40 years is cheating on her with some blond bimbo and stealing the company they built together out from under her. She wants help robbing her husband blind.
8-9 The PC runs into a local football star out for a night on the town.
10 The PC winds up with an invitation for "The Party" of the year. All the cool people will be there.

Media (1d10)
1 A freelance investigative reporter shows up at the PCs home/haven and tells PC he wants to know THE TRUTH. About what? Everything.
2 PC is asked to be a stand in as a local business is shooting a commercial. "Crazy Ed's Cutting Prices in Half" and PC is asked to be person in wooden box that Crazy Ed will saw in half. Don't worry, magicians do this all the time!
3-4 The PC receives an invitation to appear on "The Sally Oprah Springer Show". If the PC shows up, PC will be roasted alive on national television over some bizarre trivial situation from the past, twisted to look it's worst. "So you did know that they were really in love, but you didn't think he was good enough for your friend? Tell me, have you ever thought of dating her YOURSELF?"
5-6 PC is asked to help out with a local telethon and raise money for public television/the blind/Jerry's Kids Muscular Dystrophy/runaway children/battered women/the homeless/literacy volunteers/etc. This could be answering phones, auctioning items on TV, selling newspapers, anything at all.
7-8 A roving reporter for a local artsy college newspaper is taking a street survey and asks the PC about her opinion of cleaning up crack houses/the mayor/taxing imported cheese/licensing ferrets. Opinion will be printed in paper in a column of "Public Opinion Says" with PC's photo, name and city of residence.
9 A Weatherman from a local news station is broadcasting live from where ever the PC is, and asks the PC's opinion of the local sports team/economy/politicians/etc.
10 A national game show is having a local taping in your city, and the PC is invited to go to a taping by random selection. Would they like to be in the audience or would they be interested in playing?

Night Club/Bar (1d10)
1-2 The bouncer at the door knows the PC is "someone special" and tries to sell him something he got off of a drunk (supernatural?) the other night.
3-5 The PC is approached by a beautiful woman/handsome man who seems genuinely interested in PC. This person for the first time in a long time (maybe ever?) has just been dumped, hard. They plan on using the PC as part of her revenge against the one who dumped them.
6-7 The bartender is a nice guy and always been a pal to PC. But tonight he's got a problem and he needs the PC's help to get out of the jam. He's understaffed and his sister/brother is in town visiting. He needs someone he trusts to show her around, since he can't leave bar and they shouldn't sit here all night.
8-9 The bar gets held up by thugs/gang members/crack heads/Sabbat who are recruiting/MIB's looking for reality deviants.
10 PC is old friends with the owner of the Bar, and it seems that all his staff has called in sick. The PC looks like a tough guy, could he fill in as a bouncer for the night?

Police (1d10)
1 PC comes across sad depressed looking individual sitting on park bench feeding the pigeons. If PC is friendly or compassionate the person will say they are a cop who has found out about some "glaring injustice" in the police but feels they can't do anything about it or they will be framed or worse. IF PC seems interested she will tell PC more details then they wanted to know. She asks PC for advice or help.
2-4 Some new rookie cop (out to prove himself) thinks the PC is guilty of some crime he didn't commit and tries to arrest him or stakes out PC looking for "proof".
5-7 A cop is walking along (out of uniform and off duty) and really angry about his car getting repossessed to pay for his child support so his son can live with his ex-wife and her new girlfriend and take ballet lessons. He dearly wants someone to insult him so he can deal out a little pain.
8-9 A helpful cop shows up and offers the PC what ever assistance he can.
10 A cop approaches the PC and tells them that there's a problem. Someone is moving a new drug into town that has a kick to beat all highs. It's cheap and easy to get, and who ever is selling it has friends in the police. He wants them taken down and needs outside help.

Street (1d10)
1 A street thug approaches the PC and thinks that he'd make a good gang boss and the PC would make a good gang member. He asks if PC wants to join his gang.
2 A underage girl approaches the PC and tries to prostitute herself. She is obviously very new at this. Apparently she's a run away whose fallen in with a local gang. She's terrified of them and desperate to earn her keep.
3 Someone offers to sell PC drugs/guns/prostitutes or tries to mug him.
4 A gang war is starting up and the underdogs want a little help. They ask the PC for assistance.
5 The PC walks down the street and sees a guy with a table set up in the middle of the side walk. He has a sign up that says "Breath Tax: $20." If the PC doesn't pay, the guy mentions the dude of the far roof top with the sniper rifle.
6 The PC is driving through a tuff part of town when a girl in gang colors runs out from an alleyway and starts banging on the nearest car screaming for help. Her clothes are mussed and she is bruised. A gang of guys in different colors are close behind in pursuit.
7 The PC gets stuck in the middle of a rumble between two gangs.
8 The PC is walking out of a bar when a guy next to him spins and drops, splattering blood over the PC. Sniper?
9 A gang of bikers out for some fun drive around the PC and hurl insults at him. They don't actually do any physical harm, but try to scare the PC by driving right at him and turning away at the last second, or any other annoying thing you can think of.
10 The PC witnesses a gang of bikers chasing another biker around and around inside a parking garage. If the PC doesn't do something, the lone biker will soon be cornered on the roof.

Underworld (1d10)
1-2 Slappy the Torpedo comes to visit the PC and informs them that their ally/contact/retainer/kinfolk/consor/acolyte has been gambling a lot and has used the PC as a line of credit. If the PC doesn't pay the 50k owed, say good-bye to a dot of influence.
3-4 The PC comes across a bunch of guys in suits feeding some poor whimpering guy into a trash compactor. He has the word "FINK" painted on his forehead.
5 Gunshots ring out, there is screaming and a window breaks. A suitcase full of drugs and money falls out an upper story window and lands at the PC's feet. A guy in a suit looks out and says "Don't even think about it..."
6 The local Don decides to invite the PC over for dinner. "I've heard many good things about you ..."
7 The Don's son/daughter falls head over heels in love with the PC. Your call if it is a crush, lust or true love.
8 The Mafia is moving in on a local business owner and charging him for "protection insurance". He asks PC for help chasing them off.
9 The PC witnesses a woman getting kidnapped and hustled into a waiting limo by large muscular men in trench coats with gun bulges.
10 Someone hires a hit man to kill the PC. Maybe a mistake, maybe not.
