Welcome to the official website of Horsley Park's Good Friday Procession. This site aims to give its visitors an insight into Horsley Park's Good Friday Procession, a tradition which was brought to Australia by Maltese Immigrants.

The President and the Committee of the Good Friday Procession Horsley Park would like to thank all the participants, helpers, sponsors and the community at large who took part in the 2003 Good Friday Procession. We would also like to thank the parish priest's and the Parish Council for their co-operation. It was with great disappointment that the new statue of Jesus' Burial did not arrive on time from Malta to be a part of this years procession. It was a successful procession, even though the weather did not look promising. We recieved alot of encouraging comments from the public who travelled long distances to come and watch this procession. This gives us great encouragement to carry on and perhaps expand this procession to carry on the Maltese tradition in this country of adoption, Australia. We thank you all for your support, and are looking forward to your comments and perhaps you will be present with us in 2004.
