Why this site exists...
So, why did I put up this site? For a number of reasons: I've got a lot to say about life, and I needed to have it written,
so that even if no one else reads it and maybe think about it, it'd be a reminder to me. You see a lot of things in life,
and you learn, and you grow. Sometimes society is confusing, and you can't tell what's right and what's wrong. Oftentimes,
you need principles in solid form rather than semi-transparent threads of thought in your head. And maybe, someone else has
something to say about it.
I decided to make this someplace I can turn to… What I'm saying is, you won't find make-up tips or what's hip for teens on this site. What you may find, is someplace where they can give vent, and ask for moral advice on a few of the aspects of our soceity. The society were speaking of here is arabian society. Although there are a lot of great sites out there, I noticed there weren't many sites that have this perspective in mind, and that's why this page is here. As you might have noticed, this site has a religious feel to it (at least, my articles do). Islam plays a big role in my life, and it's quite a natural part of practicality to me. If you're not particularly religion conscious, I hope you don't turn away: you might just learn something. :) Speaking for the religious touch, I do NOT claim to be a scholar or religious or anything that can offer anyone answers; this is just my opinion on a few things that go on around me which I put to writing, so that, even if no one else reads it and possibly think about it, it'd be a reminder to ME. I think everyone else that writes an article to this page would say the same for him/herself. And please, don't entirely take in what's written and turn it into a firm belief, because I wouldn't want to be responsible for spreading a false belief. Besides, if there's anything I know for sure, it's that you can never be sure whether you'll be thinking this way tomorrow. You learn a lot of things in life, and you grow; this is just what I know for the moment. Opinions change, even if it's just slightly, and that's why I think they should be discussed and other opinions heard. Another thing. The articles on this site are copyrighted by their authors. That means you have to ask the author before you can copy anything off the page to use. Please respect that. Sending in an article
