Patrick Kerr was born on January 23rd 1956 in Wilmington, Delaware. He plays Noel, the Star Trek and Roz-obsessed producer at KACL. The irony is, Patrick has appeared in Star Trek: Voyager in real life as a character named Bothan.

He made his debut in an episode of Law & Order in 1993, and since then Patrick has appeared in many films and TV shows. These include the films Jeffrey and Stuart Saves His Family, and roles on shows such as Sabrina, The Teenage Witch.

As well as his work on screen, he has also appeared in many plays, such as A Midsummer Night's Dream with The Acting Company and on stage in Dealer's Choice at the Mark Taper Forum. He performed in the PCPA performance A Servant of Two Masters in 2003 in Santa Maria, California.
