Ordinary people say the damnedest things, but nothing outshines the vernacular of people on the scene. Be it common discourse, lecture, or threats, no one paints a perspective with more color.

Who's stealing what, I'm tired of the corporate whining over software piracy. Bill Gates, Paul Allen, Steve Jobs, and Stephen Wozniak were all hacker/pirates.

Each one of those bastards built an empire based on "stealing somebodys shit"--Jobs on the graphical user interface he reverse-engineered from Xerox PARC; Gates on the operating system software he suckered out of tiny company and resold to IBM as DOS; that we now know as Windows, which is a friggin rip/clone of the Macintosh interface. Can anyone see the maddness in these former hacker/pirate/thief bastards crying foul cause somebody stole something from'em.

I'm sorry -- I'm afraid I really don't understand what you're asking here. You see, my assumption is obviously mistaken. I had thought, for a moment, that you were asking us (total strangers) to attack three IP addresses simply because some random person told us to (and even said please! how nice).

I had -thought- you were blindingly stupid enough to solicit a federal crime from complete strangers, and frothingly rude enough to assume that we are the kind of assholes who hack on command.

But of course that isn't the case; I'm wrong a lot, you see. So if you could, would you be interested in clarifying exactly what it is you wanted from us? Thanks!

In repsonse to the Governments desire to place new chipsets inside PCs that'll uniquely identify them, "shonuff_12" had the following response...

it doesn't matter what those fuckers do, if it gets to the point where I have to take apart my computer and make some hardware adjustment I will.

No matter what people do, or what technology they employ, there will always be people out there to crack it and spit in their faces.

About the companies that sued warez.com: They sued me, made up evidence cost their selves a lot of money and wasted a lot of time.... They could have got me killed for less than they spent suing me.

When asked about the impact of software piracy anonymous benefactor said...

I am a great believer in software bootlegging. As an independent consultant without access to huge corporate software budgets, I would never have been able to have or use a computer if I were forced to purchase all the expensive software I need to run my business.

I find it very difficult to feel sorry for Bill Gates or Paul Allen, both of whom, if I'm not mistaken, are in the Fortune 500. I don't have the sensation that I am taking food out of the mouths of starving children by using a bootlegged version of XP.
