Fawkes the Phoenix

Fawkes is cool... just not as cool as Fawkes.

...I told myself that having two Fawkeses would be confusing, shoulda listened. Let's try this again.

Fawkes the Phoenix is cool... just not as cool as Fawkes the Goth!Fenix. For those of you who are still confused, Fawkes the Phoenix is the Fawkes we all know and love from the books by the glorious JK Rowling. Fawkes the Goth!Fenix is his awesome evil twin (or is the Goth!Fawkes the evil one? dum dum dum). Of course, any attribute of Goth!Fawkes is thanks entirely to Canon!Fawkes, as they are evil twins, so we simply must take this oppurtunity to thank JK Rowling.

Seeing as Fawkes is already a canon character, there isn't much point in describing him further. (I mean, y'all have read the books, right?) But I will through this tidbit out - even though Canon!Fawkes doesn't make many appearances in "Harry Potter and the Stray Mary Sue", especially not at the beginning, he does play an important role. After all, he is the main character's twin...

Sigh. I remember making this picture... back when I was innocent... before I knew of goth!fenixes... Yes, I was a Fawkes fan even before I was a Fawkes fan (ya know what I mean). This is a colored pencil pic of Fawkes made on an airplane after drinking a Starbucks(c) Chocolate Brownie Chunk Mocha Frappachino(c) and having to sit still for 3 hours. *shudders* But it's beautiful. *wipes tear away* Go to Goth!Fawkes' page to see a computer altered-pic.

Oh lookie! An ikkle AIM icon just for you. I still like the Goth!Fawkes one better, but maybe not everyone leans toward the goth! side...
