*July 04, 2000*

Well another fateful month has begun. Things have been very busy lately, as is the norm at this time of year for me. Kids Birthdays, holidays, and no school means my summer months are full to the brim with things to do.

I am experiencing the urge-to-write-with-nothing-to-say problem today. I am recovering from a four day camping trip, funny how we go on vacation to recover from life and ened up having to recover from the recovering isn't it?

>Sigh< Do kids ever stop fighting and antagonizing each other? Non-stop for two days is enough to drive any sane person to homicide. I am about ready to ship them all off to military school and let THEM sort them out.

Went through the site and made some minor corrections today. Lots of little things weren't as they should be. Over the next couple of days comes the wonderfully tedious task of proof-reading my Journal and Poems as I have also noticed some spelling mistakes and such. YAY

Well I haven't yet had time to do any major proof-reading. As some of you may know already, I have about 7 different sites that I do for other people and all of them required some upgrades and corrections. ( Teach me for not doing it on a monthly basis ... )

Lately I have been busy playing an online web game known as GATES MOTEL. Absolutely cool ... it's based on an old BBS game know as 'Murder Motel' and is a riot. The basic premise is to gather weapons, equipment, defenses and 'kill' the other players ... all in only 99 turns a day!!!!

Fortunately, you have infinite lives and revive after being 'killed'. The only drawback to the games is you must have a IP email address to register. (No 'free' email addresses permitted ... IE: Hotmail, Yahoo ... etc ) The reason for this is to try to discourage people with multiple accounts. Give it a try!

It has been ungodly Hot & Humid here the last couple of weeks. You'd think with a basement apartment I'd be fairly cool right ... OH NO... I gotta find a basement apartment that's hotter than outside 99% of the time !!!!! Needless to say it's taking it's toll on my ambition levels. .....
