I had my first vestibular rehabilitation session this morning. My physical therapist did some quick tests to check my strength and discovered that I don't have much of it. I'm supposed to start walking an hour a day to try and condition myself. I was managing okay, until I started the Dynamic Posturography Test. Halfway through it, I fainted. I'm scheduled to have 2 hour long sessions every week for the next 8 weeks.
