The Grande Prairie Minor Football Society runs it's Peewee season in the spring. If mother nature is nice to us, we start the 1st week in May and go to the end of June.
Peewee football is open to all boys and girls that are between the ages of 8 years and 12years.
The registration fee's for our Peewee season is $100.00, with a deposit of $300.00 for the equipment. The deposit should be by cheque and posted dated for the end of the Peewee season. No deposits will be cashed unless the equipment is not returned at the end of the season. The football equipment is supplied and fitted, the only items that we can not supply are cleats, athletic socks and athletic support (with out cup).
The Peewee level has two mass practices a week and games are on Saturdays. At this level the kids are just beginning to learn and understand the sport of football. These are the ages that the kids are just starting to find out what their "thing" (sport) is. |
