584. John MACK * ⁽²²⁵⁾ was born on 6 Mar 1653 in Scotland. He died on 24 Feb 1721 in Lyme, New London Co., CT. Source indicates John may have emigrated in 1669 from Inverness, Scotland. He and Sarah first resided in Salisbury, Essex Co., Massachusetts. His will was dated 5 January 1721 and proved on the 28th of March. The will names his wife Sarah, son John, Josiah, Jonathan, Orlander and Ebenezer, his daughters Sarah, Elizabeth, Marah, Joanna, Rebeckah and Deborah. Also named was Peter Person, husband of Lydia. All land went to sons Jonathan and Ebenezer with the stipulation that if either dies before marriage the survivor gets it all. Also, the will contained a clause that the land could not be sold out of the family. His wife, Sarah, and son Ebenezer were executors. The will was accepted and recorded 12 April 1721. Witnesses were John Comstock, Jasper Griffing and Samuel Marvin. He was married to Sarah BAGLEY * on 5 Apr 1681 in Boston, Suffolk Co., MA.

585. Sarah BAGLEY * was born on 2 Mar 1663 in MA. Sarah was the daughter of Orlando and Srah (Coby) Bagley. Her father was a man of considerable influence in the district and the constable. She had a brother, Orlando, b. 1658, schoolteacher of the town. Her mother died 16 days after Sarah was born. Children were:

ix. Rebekah MACK was born on 4 Oct 1701 in Lyme, New London Co., CT. Her names appears spelled as Rebecca and Rebeckah, however, the will shows it as Rebekah.
x. Joanna MACK was born on 17 Sep 1703 in Lyme, New London Co., CT.
xi. Deborah MACK was born on 11 Oct 1706 in Lyme, New London Co., CT.
xii. Jonathan MACK was born about 1711 in Lyme, New London Co., CT.
