128. Nathaniel WILLSON *Jr (112) was born on 4 May 1718 in Malden, Middlesex Co., MA. He died in 1758 in unknown. He was buried in 1758 in Leicester, Worcester Co., MA. Nathaniel was killed during the French and Indian War, called the "Old French War". He died intestate, administration of his estate was given to the widow Sarah Parrish Wilson on 26 September 1758 (Worchester, Massachusetts, Probate Court Record File #66437). He was married to Sarah PARRISH * on 14 Apr 1742 in Lynn, Essex Co., MA. (113) Marriage intention was filed in Leicester, MA, 28 March 1742.

129. Sarah PARRISH * was born about 1725 in Lynn, Essex Co., MA. She died after 1769 in Massachusetts. Children were:

child i. John WILLSON was born on 26 Aug 1742 in Leicester, Worcester Co., MA. He died on 31 Mar 1801 in Leicester, Worcester Co., MA.
child ii. Elisabeth WILLSON was born on 12 Feb 1744/45 in Leicester, Worcester Co., MA.
child iii. Nathaniel WILLSON III(114) (115) was born on 9 Nov 1746 in Leicester, Worcester Co., MA.(116) He died on 14 Aug 1825 in Spencer, Worcester Co., MA.(117) (118) In the Revolutionary War, on the list of soldiers who marched to Cambridge in answer to the alarm of 19 April 1775, was Nathaniel Wilson, son of Nathaniel Wilson, Jr. He served under the cammand of Capt. Ebenezer Mason (Company of Minutemen), in Col. Jonathan Warner's Regiment. He purchased part of Lot 51 in Old Spencer sometime after 1764. An affidavit prepared by Edward Dyer, Town Clerk of Spencer in February 1856, he states town records indicate Nathaniel was chosen a surveyor of highways at a town meeting on 10 March 1783. He was age 78 when he died.

child iv. Martha WILLSON was born on 12 Jul 1748 in Leicester, Worcester Co., MA. She died about 1813 in DeKalb, Lawrence Co., NY.

child vi. Sarah WILLSON was born on 20 May 1753 in Leicester, Worcester Co., MA. She died on 21 Jun 1797 in Palmer, MA. In a double ceremony with her brother Ezra (and Lucy Wilson), she married Dr. Jabez Lamb.
child vii. Rebeckah WILLSON was born on 10 Sep 1755 in Leicester, Worcester Co., MA.
child viii. Jesse WILLSON was born on 10 Dec 1757 in Leicester, Worcester Co., MA. Jesse had Revolutionary War service in 1777 from both Leicester and Spencer. He participated in the Battle of Bennington. On 6 April 1787, Jesse Wilson of Leicester purchased 40 acres from his brother-in-law, Dr. Jabez Lamb. He sold the land the following year obtaining a 25% profit.
