Virtually every study of Hitler's time in Munich mentions the Thule Society as superficially a kind of Elks Club of German mythology which met often and openly at a fancy metropolitan hotel and for a time counted Hitler as a member. Behind the scenes, however the society seems to have been considerably more sinister.
The name of this organization was derived from Ultima Thule, the unknown northern land believed to be the original home of white, blond haired, blue eyed people.
The last mention of a name of this period is one that appears to have the most effect on Hitler. Deitrich Eckart to which Hitler dedicated his "Mein Kampf"

Needless to say, the Third Reich rose and then fell. A lot of people died in a racial "cleaning" by people who followed a leader blindlessly. However, The Third Reich was not the first and unfortunatly it probably won't be the last. To mention just a few others. The Holy Catholic Church, The Russians, The Chinese, The Japanese, and yes the U.S. Government.
There are many web pages that cover the above so we will move on in the next section. This is where it will get interesting. How governments will forgive the greatest of atrocities if they stand to gain something. This is something I can not understand, the ability to put ones own moral belief aside to gain a advantage in killing your fellow man.
In the next section will start into how the Thule takes care of its own. The differen't secret operations to get key people out of Germany without charges or recourse for the crimes against humanity that they did in the Third Reich.
