Soft Enamel photo-etched pins are produced by chemical etching onto brass base metal. By shooting ultra-violet light through the negative film,we are able to color the recessed parts with pantone color code after chemical ethcing.

The number of colors can be filled up to 10 colors depends on the size of the design. After coloring and some production process, the pins will be plated to customer's requirement such as Gold, Nuckle, Copper, Brass, Antique Copper or Black Nickle.

Epoxy or spray epoxy will be applied. This chemical etched Lapel Pins is cheaper than the Copper Stamping pins.

Type of plating       :     Gold, Nickle, Copper or Black

Raw Material          :     Brass. (0.5mm to 3mm).

Epoxy                    :     Dome, Spray or Thin layer.

Packing                  :     Each piece in a poly bag.

2.  Soft Enamel Copper Stamping Pins

The raw-material used in this process is copper. Each require piece of pins will be stamped by hydraulic machine whereby a mould will be place onto the machine.

The numbers of colors can be filled up to 7 colors. After coloring and some production process, the pins will be plated to customers requirement  such as Gold, Nickle or Black Nickle.

Minumum Quantity   :  100 pcs

Type of plating       :     Gold, Nickle, Copper or Black

Raw Material          :     Brass. (0.5mm to 3mm).

Epoxy                    :     Dome, Spray or Thin layer.

Packing                  :     Each piece in a poly bag.
