The Civic Festhall

Headquarters of the Sensates, the Civic Festhall is famous throughout the multiverse for its concerts and art exhibitions, as well as its taverns, wine shops and jewelers. Thickets for many of the Festhall's concerts are often sold only to Sensates, but citizens can gather behind the Festhall and listen to the music through the walls.
Sometimes, the administrators of the headquarters open their personal galleries to the public.
The Society of Sensation encourages artistic expression in all its forms, not only in the Civic Festhall, but also informal performances in the streets. The streets around the building are open stages where skilled singers, dancers and jugglers make a good living collecting some jink from appreciative spectators.

The Hall of Records

The headquarters of the Fated provides a number of services to all Cagers and visitors, regardless of their faction affiliation. It has been subdivided into a number of record-keeping and administrative offices. With the administrative approval, a cutter may examine the public document library to check tax assessments or exchange rates. A body with historical information about the Fated can request an audience with the compilers of The Secret History of Sigil; visitors selected for an interview are compensated with gold or admitted to a consultation with a Hall administrator. Additionally, the public may consult the Announcement Board, where ordinances and regulations are posted on a daily basis.
In this area thrive copyists, tax mediators, parchment dealers and pawnbrokers.

The Hall of Speakers

The headquarters of the Sign of One presents a massive statue before the building: a woman holding an entire world; it depicts perfectly the Signers' philosophy. Within the walls of this edifice, factols, plebians engage detailed discussions about the statutes, precepts and decrees affecting all Cagers. Any cutter can rent a meeting room for a silver piece for an hour with the administrator's guarantee of the privacy.
Citizens may listen to, and sometimes participate in, the Speaker's Podium debates. It's possible to hire one of the many scribes that can be found outside the Hall, but avoid Grundlethum's Automatic Scribes.
