The Great Bazaar

It's the headquarters of the Free League. All visitors to the Great Bazaar are potential customers and so all are treated. A cutter in need of jink might check the Debtor's Pole, that is used by Sigil's merchants to post the names of sods who haven't paid their bills and some of these names have a reward attached.
The Great Bazaar isn't contained in a single building but it's spread out over a great and beautiful square of tents, shops and stalls. The Bazaar is a cacophony of sounds and a sea of smells; it hasn't formal borders, so a merchant who can't find a place to set up his shop on the plaza, may find it into a side street. The Great Bazaar can be really considered the busiest and largest of the factions' headquarters.

The Great Gymnasium

With its gold-flecked marble walls, plush velvet carpets and onyx chandeliers, the great Gymnasium of the Ciphers, is the most luxurious of all the faction headquarters.
The Ciphers take their relaxation as seriously as their physical training; becoming a member of the Transcendent Order gives this advantage.
Though all bashers are welcome at the Great Gymnasium, only Ciphers have free access; everybody else has to follow a number of strict rules if doesn't want to face the wrath of the security guards. The Gymnasium is usually open to the public only for a couple of hours before or after antipeak, but pay attention, admission times change faster. Weapons are forbidden and magical objects too. A basher wanting a rubdown or time in a specialty room (artistic pursuits, musical training, etc.) has to make an appointment at least a week in advance; well, all these conditions may be waived if a visitor is here for business, because the Ciphers take pride in all the treaties and deals that have been made in the steam baths or ivory-tiled pools of the Gymnasium.
