She's named Katherine in the 1910 census, Catherine in the 1920 census, but Kathleen in her father's obituary. (Apparently the same person, anyway.)

I have a news article from the Sept. 14, 1921 Davenport paper announcing the marriage of a Catherine Donegan to Peter Liscoe. I don't know where or if Catherine fits into the family. But this Katherine's uncle Maurice's wife had a maiden name Martin, and the attendants at Catherine and Peter's wedding were both named Martin. Coincidence? I don't know. This Katherine is about the right age, but the one in the article was a resident of Davenport and this Katherine still lived with her father in Eagle Grove as of 1920.
