Explainations

Leadership

An imperialist system needs a "facist king" who believes that his country/company/city/club is intrinsically better than anyone else. This facism is what lead to the Nazi Holocaust, and what alledgedly drives the re-colonization efforts of America today.

Any type of "king" can rule over a capitalist regime, because even if he is week, the concepts of capitalism are now so widespread that everyone knows them. It was not always so, for a while, few people had sufficient business training to function effectively.

A "benevolent dictator", or "kind king" is need for a omniproperous system to work. This is because he must honestly try to serve his people, or some other external ideal (as opposed to the internal ideal of self-profit which the old-school capitalist serves).

For example, the Linux kernel development is based on increasing the quality of the product (the Linux Kernel).

Variations in character and specific goals may cause several orders of kings to arise.

e.g. Linus - first order king of Linux Kernel devlopment, Alan Cox, RedHat - second order kings. Head of RealTime Linux Kernel tree - third order king, OpenBSD,FreeBSD,NetBSD - parallel kings (may share ideas from time to time).

To be a King in Omniprosperity means being  King amongst other Kings, whereas being a King under an Imperialistic regime meant being King against other Kings. Due the the parallel and somewhat interdependant nature of these kingdoms (for "subjects", or "associates" are free to move between each domain and contriubute to all, some, most, or none as they see fit), there is creative "war" (in the form of sharing and merit-based competition) rather than destructive "war" (in the form of terrorism, such as perpetuated by the CIA against Cuba during Operation Mongoose).

Transcendental effects

The capitalist system is based on a give-and-take philosophy whereby money is the only way of measuring profit. However, the effects of business often have non-economic effects which arise out of the way in which their business acts.

Under the capitalist system, money is neighter created or destioyed, but itself represents physical resources which have been given a monetary value which acts in its proxy.

E.g. the amount of money in circulation in a given country (e.g. the USA) must be "backed" by secured precious goods (e.g. the gold in Fort Knox).

Problems arise when old capitalists think that "the map is the territory" and assume that money can, indeed, buy everything.

E.g. The trees which were cut down cannot be "bought back" by envionmental taxes. They must be replanted, and allowed to grow. Capitalist systems exist which can model the long-term supply cycle effect caused by deforrestation. However, they are seldom used. Moreover, alternatives to tree-based paper exist. They are also, seldom used. This is probally because managers and politicians honestly believe that environmental taxes adequately address the problem.

The social framework in and around a domain (where domain is an instance of one of the three ideologies declared above) varies greatly.

Imperialism uses direct coercion, Capitalism uses enforced limits on economic resources (low salaries for labour, medium salaries for management, investments and land and other income sources which transcend salaries for the "bosses"), Omniprosperity uses market forces (which may be direct, as in advertising, or indirect, as in quality - e.g. the quality of the Linux kernel vs. Windows vs. GNU Hurd vs. NetBSD).

Imperialism says that labour is subject to royalty. Capitalism says that labour is subject to capital. Omniprosperity [see the Organisation of Omniprosperity] says that users (consumers, customers, admirers) are a necessary part of the feedback loop  which allows developer to improve their products.

The former two depress and oppress the masses, whereas the latter empowers the masses and allows all to contribute to the enrichment of society. The latter frees the human spirit, whereas the former two restrain and subdue it.

Finally, I can say what "transcendental effects" are: the non-economic effects of the system, wheter they be on those within it (subjects, employees, or associates) or outside (other countries with which you may be at war, other businesses with which you compete, other projects with which your collaborate).
