October 17th 2003 - Parachute Jump
This event surpassed all our expectations the volunteer Micheal Willis raised sponsorship money to a total of over £1,300. This event was initally a service users dream challenge but unfortunately he had to return to India due to family committments, unable to find a replacement service user in time, Steve Smith, centre manager took on the challenge and together both of them completed it without a hitch. Watched by their family and staff and service users anxiously this unbelievable experience that took them literally to the edge was such a great success and we are very proud at Granville of there achievments.
