Welcome to the second issue of Great Stories Online!

I have a very exciting issue for all of you readers out there. I have gotten a lot of response to my pleas for material to post here, and so the magazine is much better. I have taken the suggestions from you folks and changed the format of this E-zine a little. Please let me know if you like it!

Stories, Stories, Stories! Wow, do a have a few stories for you, and lots more poems. I have a few repeat authors, and an excerpt from a published novel! Yes a published writer has sent me the first chapter of his book to reprint here! Let me tell you I was very excited about that. Another published writer sent me a copy of one of his published stories! And to top it off, one of the poets that submitted material for this issue will soon have one of her poems published in a nationally released book! Three published writers, all here in the second issue of Great Stories Online! This is better than I dreamed. Thank you everyone!

I want to make special mention of the returning writers that are posted in this second issue. Jennifer Joy Arend has a story and poetry in this issue. Megan Shaulis has been kind enough to submit more poetry for this issue. Dave Goodin has submitted poetry for this issue (last issue featured his story "Harmonic Coexistence"). Angelle Cook has also submitted more poetry for this issue. I also have a second story from the book of FoxFire! Thanks for continuing to share your work with others! And thank you to all the first time writers that are featured in this issue!
