    Technical Note:

    If you already have a real audio player then select the audio program you wish to

    audio program. If you do not have an audio player then click on one the available
    players above to download a free player. If you have difficulty with the connection
    while listening to the audio programs try setting the buffered play at 60 seconds in
    the preferences menu of the real audio player. Net congestion is the number one
    cause of server disconnections. Internet traffic is greatest from     6 PM to 11PM.
