Honey is my first foray into "Trap/Alter/Release" which is a policy of spaying and neutering feral cat colonies advocated by groups like
Best Friends & Alley Cat Allies as being the most effective and humane method of managing homeless pet overpopulation.
Actually, I have practically tamed Honey... so maybe he doesn't count. After his surgery, I let him back out into the neighbohood he knows and loves. I will continue to care for him outside.

Updates: Jan 2000- Honey has turned into one of the most affectionate cats I've ever known. I will be bringing him "into the house" in July, when we move to a bigger place. Until then, he is doing great outside, but sure craves lovin' !
Jul 2000 - He's IN - and never looked back. What a cuddle monger!
