Basically, this shity little piece of poop was done for under $600 and that includes the pressing & artwork for 104 copies. We are quite proud of that achievment, even though we still had to borrow most of the cash !!! At the stage of recording this thing, we were only a two piece band ...the missing ingrediant being some drums. Jarvo and I had jammed with numerous drummer boys and had basically found a bunch of uncommitted, unreliable losers. Being pissed off with it all...and feeling like time was passing us by...it was decided that I would play the drums for a studio recording. So I did, as well my usual bit of vocals and guitars...while Jarvo did the bass and other vocals...including a wonderful 'ooh..ahh' inpromptue with Jessa.

We recorded the drums and bass at Pan Studios, Geelong in July '00 under the helpful hand of Sally Laver, and then took the rest home to do on my dumb little four track. That took us about a month to finish, mainly due to our incredible ability to catch every fucken virus, bug, flu, tetinus and herpies germ, that we could. On..and..on it goes....Most unfortunately for me, it doesn't feature the succulent beats of our now drummer boy Paul...This hurts! Mainly as it is not a true reflection of what sound like today...which I hasten to add is heaps better. However, I don't want to not be proud of what we did with so little in our favour. We did what we had to do!...When time permits...and we find someone to lend us some more moola...'cause god knows we don't have it!...we'll record a studio CD with Paul, and pass it out for your listening pleasure...and then, & only then will this have the historical content enough to be as enjoyable as it should!
