This book is basically the continuation of Galaxy Guide 4. Same format, same good art, same hopping all over the alphabet. I do prefer this book more than GG4, as this has races in it that are more applicable to players and NPCs. There are over 30 races detailed in this book, some with drawings accompanying them, others with pictures from the movies.
As it states on the back of the book, they’ve got information on the races for Snaggletooth, Ephant Mon, Weequay, and Nikto. These races are much more given to having players play them. So while this book is specifically alien races, and is outshone by the Alien Encounters, it has it’s own merits. If you can’t get your hands on any other alien books, this one is worth the cost of picking it up, as it will give you enough to chew on for a while.
