Room for improvement ... lots of room. Incomplete tests are given a 0-29% rating.

This is the worst possible score you can obtain.  No shows can neither be rewarded for achievement nor improvement.  You've let yourself and your team down.  

 

The appropriate performance icon will be posted to the results page beside your name.

Improvement will also be recorded:

For every improvement of 30second (or part thereof), you will get a lion icon posted beside your name.  E.g. 5 lions = a 2 to 2:29 minute improvement in time.

Once the season starts, attendance at fitness sessions will be recorded:

    

    A fraction of (fitness practices attended / fitness practices held) will be posted in the last column of the chart.  

 

    Neither Sarah nor Feeney will be attending the morning fitness sessions, but they will want to know your commitment to the team when making starting 15 decisions.  This is where they can find out your relative effort.  Furthermore, it reminds players that there presence/absence will be noticed.
