Dark sideWEST Hollywood cops were surprised after stopping a black Chevy Suburban to find Leonardo DiCaprio behind the wheel. The star was stopped about 1 a.m. on Nov. 21 and cited by the Sheriff's Department for having windows tinted too dark, according to "Hard Copy," which airs a tape of the incident tonight. DiCaprio, wearing a black baseball cap and smoking a cigarette, does his best to talk his way out of the $20 ticket while his pals wait in the car - to no avail.

A handful of demonstrators gathered outside the Bangkok offices of 20th Century Fox on Thursday to condemn the altering of national park land for a new Leonardo DiCaprio movie, reports the Associated Press. About 100 coconut trees will be replanted and some vegetation temporarily removed from an island to broaden a beach for a football scene. The movie "The Beach," based on a best-selling novel, is scheduled to begin shooting in mid-January on Phi Island off southern Thailand.
