According to her death record she was born in 1811. Her age in the 1850 census is 35, which makes her birthdate about 1815. She died in 1859 in Holt, Delhi Twp., Ingham Co., Michigan.⁽¹⁹⁹⁾ Her tombstone reads: "Harriet Ann Norton, was born 1811, died 1859 in Delhi Twp, Holt MI." Benjamin Franklin Grovenburgh and Harriet Ann Norton had the following children:
