119. Orpha Sophia Norton was born on 20 May 1832 in Elba, Cattaraugus Co., New York. ⁽²²²⁾ She died on 2 Oct 1918 in Shelton, Washington. ⁽²²²⁾ Orpha and Charles lived adjacent to Hiram Norton. Since Charles was a blacksmith, he probably worked with Hezakiah and Hiram in making wagons. The family moved to Washington State.

She was married to Charles Smith Dunbar (son of Cyrus Dunbar and Mary Stark) on 5 Nov 1853 in Windsor, Eaton Co., Michigan. ⁽⁷⁹⁾

Orpha married Charles Dunbar in Eaton Rapids, 5 Nov 1853. Charles Smith Dunbar was born on 7 Jun 1831 in New York. ⁽²²²⁾ His father was from Conn. and his mother was from Vermont. He was an a Blacksmith about 1854 in Aurelius, Ingham Co., Michigan. ⁽²²²⁾ Charles worked with Hiram and Horace, making wagons in Aurelius. He served in the military in Civil War on 5 Aug 1865. ⁽²²²⁾ He was hospitalized at Milledgeville, Georgia with infectious diarrhea. He was transferred to Savannah, then to Camp Davids Island, NY, and then to Harpers Hospital in Detroit. He was discharged on 15 June 1865. He died on 29 Oct 1909 in Shelton, Washington.⁽²²²⁾ Orpha Sophia Norton and Charles Smith Dunbar had the following children:
