G.S. Cyberworld is essentially a Consulting Company engaged in giving consultancy to educational institutes in computers. We have 26 different schools and colleges and about 10 industrial houses taking consultancy in computers. 

We offer services to Schools & Colleges for education in Computers and to the industry for implementing computers in their day to day work.

Facilities provided to Schools who want to take consultancy from G.S. Cyberworld for running Computer Education more effectively in Colleges.

G.S. Cyberworld will take the complete responsibility of Implementing the computer literacy programme in your College in a more effective way.

  1. G.S. Cyberworld will take the complete responsibility of Maintenance of the Hardware and Software installed in the College premises including any hardware installed in the offices of The Principal, and any other office bearers, hostels or residential complex.

  2. G.S. Cyberworld will take care of the maintenance of all the networking in the campus.

  3.  G.S. Cyberworld will recommend, implement and train the staff on any new educational or Latest version of the existing software being taught in the College.

  4. G.S. Cyberworld will recommend the upgradation if required of any computer system installed and do the upgradation of the hardware. (The price will not include parts but only the labour)

  5. G.S. Cyberworld will suggest and recommend the parts and the Company for the upgradation of computers at the lowest rates and the best quality available.

  6. G.S. Cyberworld will assess any software made available to it by the College authorities and study its merits and demerits and make any recommendation.

  7. G.S. Cyberworld will train the teachers and any other staff member recommended for training by the College authorities on latest teaching aids, educational software and latest operating systems and other languages and packages.

  8. G.S. Cyberworld will assess the capabilities of the existing teachers and staff members through tests and practicals and recommend corrective measures and skill upgradation for them if needed by College authorities.

  9.  G.S. Cyberworld will keep a check on the quality of computer education being given to the students.

  10. G.S. Cyberworld will set up the examination papers of all classes and check them also.

  11. G.S. Cyberworld will also suggest the use of computers in other fields of College management also other than education.

  12. G.S. Cyberworld would recommend and help in interviews for the recruitment of any new staff member for computer department if needed.

  13. A qualified and experienced person in maintenance of hardware and software would visit the College whenever needed subject to a minimum of 2 visits per month.

  14. Any repair of hardware or maintenance of software would be done within 48 hours of the intimation to the office of G.S. Cyberworld.

  15. Lectures for regular upgradation of teaching skills and newer technologies would be held once a week preferably on Saturday or Sunday by qualified computer professionals in that specific field. The lecture would be for minimum of 4 hours plus 2 hours interaction or practical.

  16. A minimum of one visit by the Director Mr. Gurpreet S. Grewal per month.

    NOTE: - G.S. Cyberworld will make a complete check of all the hardware and software installed before entering into the agreement.

Sample agreement with Colleges interested in having a contract for Computer Education with G.S. Cyberworld
This agreement is signed between G S Cyberworld Office at 346-L Model Town Ludhiana and Principal of the said College hereinafter referred to as the first party and second party respectively.

                                        TERMS AND CONDITION OF THE AGREEMENT

  1. The First Party will take over the complete responsibility for organising and implementing the complete computer literacy program in the College.
  2. The computer education program will be conducted for all students desirous of Education
  3. The classes will be time-tabled during College hours (6 classes per week) and will be       implemented as per the regular curriculum.
  4. The Monthly fee payable to first party will be Rs._______per student per month . The second party is at liberty to charge anything above that.
  5. The first party in the fee indicated above provides the second party with the following:
  • One Advance Technology (Celeron 850 or above) computer per 20 students with 128-MB  memory will be provided with single Hard Disk drive.
  • Qualified computer professionals to serve as in house Instructors, one for every 200                students.
  • Maintenance of computers installed including service and spares.
  • Detailed Syllabus and Prescribing of books to each and every students
    Consumables like printer paper, printer ribbon etc.
  • Computer related co-curricular activities such as computer club, Debates, latest                     technologies, quiz etc.
  1. The contract between first party and second party will be initially of three (3) years, after which it may be suitably modified & extended by mutual consent.
  2.  The fees collected from the students would be payable to the first party in advance by the 15th of that Month. The fees collected for March would be paid by 15th of March.
  3. If students are more than 200 one additional computer would be provided with a 29” colour TV  to be set up in a theory room.

REQUIREMENTS FROM THE SECOND PARTY

  1. One room to seat and for practical training of the students to be setup as computer room with tables to place computers and chairs for students.
  2. Electric connection properly earthed to be provided by the second party.
  3. The College should not conduct any other computer course nor should it enter into any contract with any computer company for computer education purpose during the term of the contract.
  4. The College shall be responsible for safeguarding of the computer systems against theft and accidental damage.
