After you've got Flint, follow the path. When you go to the east, you'll enounter Vault. You can get a battle by a Mushroom, Bat or Amaze
When you entered Vault, you'll see a little event. A caravan with Master Hammet is trying going back to their hometown, Kalay, but they notice that the bridge to the south has been destroyed. And what to do know? A big psynergystone from Mt. Aleph is crashing next to Hammet and his caravan and they are now heading to the north instead... Eventually, you really now enter the the town!
Vault, a small city, in the heart of Angara is going crazy! Some valuable items dissapeared. Are there thieves in town?
First, go to the northern edge of the town and buy some weapons, armor or items and go to the inn to heal yourself, if it's needed. Don't pay attention to the Venus Djinni outside the town, as you CAN'T reach him now, we'll come back MUCH later.
Okay, go to the mayor's house now, which is located in the northwest. Talk to the mayor and he says a boy with strange powers called Ivan is in trouble, because the Shaman's Rod from Master Hammet was stolen...
Go to the topleft of the house and you see a small boy. Talk to him and he will reading your minds. Isaac and Garet are surprised about what he's talking about. He's in trouble! The Shaman's Rod of Master Hammet is stolen and Ivan was responsible for it. Now they have to get it back and return it. Ivan asks you to help, so say yes, because we can't let him wait, do we?
Ivan read your minds again and he will join you. Exit the house and go back to Inn.
Go upstairs in the inn and you'll meet the suspected guys. They are bragging about that weird kid Ivan. Ivan knows they are the thieves, but they are always running away from him. Encounter the thieves and they will run away from you. It doesn't work... Go back to the stairs and you'll get a conversation between Garet, Ivan and you. It's time for teamwork! You have to surround one thieve with the help of Ivan. Go back to the thieves and they are running away again. All you have to do is drive one thieve in a corner, once one is at the left or the right. Ivan will read the thieve and they stole indeed all valuable things!
Exit the Inn and go up the ladder next to inn. Jump into the roof and move the box at the right to the left. Jump over the hole and enter the door. You will see a kid tied down who is in need of help. Go to him and press A and his free. He says he felt into the roof and saw a passage and alot of crates.
All of sudden, three thieves comes in and they will battle you. Now, they aren't that strong, 3 or 4 turns will be enough. Now you've got Ivan, battling will be much faster. Use ,

, since the Whirlwind of Ivan doesn't gives you a lot of damage. You can also use Flint and summon it later upon them. Be sure to heal, if it's necessairy, because you have a risk to be defeated. For the rest, it's a piece of cake.
When you've mastered them, the mayor and two bodygaurds enter it, after the tied boy went away to get some help. The mayor is you really thankful and will lock the thieves up. All treasures are back and so is the Shaman's Rod! Though, Ivan will leave you now, in order to get Hammet back. Obviously, Hammet is kidnapped in Lunpa for sure.
Exit, and recover yourself. Go back to the mayor's house. Talk to the mayor and you'll get a ! Water of Life revives an ally if he's downed, but Waters of Life are very rare, so be careful when you've used it.
Exit the town by going either to the north or to the south. Once you've got out town, follow the path by going northeast, because you can't got to Lunpa in the north or Kalay in the south.
