SPEEDROUND:
First day of Armed Forces Week pits the few, the proud, the
Marines (Matt, Joshua, Christopher, John, and Derreck) against the
Air Force (Terry, Holly, Robert, Daphne, and Jim). We go to triple
score and a specific household chore a bachelor neglects. Daphne
gets #3, dusting. Rest of the Air Force aims high with laundry,
dishes (the number one), and toilets to sweep the board. But no
one's at 300 yet, so we go to sudden death: Name the coldest month
of the year. Derreck hits it with January, winning the game for
the Marines, 433-246.
Christopher and Matt
take on Fast Money. Team captain Matt takes two big number ones
for 167. Christopher gets the other three for $20,000.

Contestants for It
Just Ain't Right Week: X:
Tonoccus McClain. O:
Colleen Sanchez ($4000).
Mistakes for today's
show included an out of place "2" on the floor, mistaken identity
in the opening, the contestants playing on opposite podia, a TPIR
license plate on a car, blue H2 keychains, and a rimshot to end
the game. Log on to
Tonoccus blocked in the
opening minute of this continuation, leading up to a... loss.
Colleen takes game one and $1000 from Michael, Kaley, and Doris.
Secret Square is
sending someone to the Seattle International Film Festival. It
says that Martin's the Secret Square, but giving that this is...
wait, Martin IS the secret square. Tonoccus finds him, and they
have to identify a western with Alan Ladd as "Shane" for the trip.
He also gets the three-in-a-row with Warren, Martin, and Baba
Booey.
Rubber game goes to
T-Mac, winning $1000 from Melissa, Martin, and Doris. Colleen
leaves with $5000.
Blushing steamer trunk
may take Tonoccus to Amsterdam if he wins the bonus round. He captures
Warren, Kaley, Doris, Charlene, and Baba Booey for five keys
sacked. He goes for the northeast key... Locked. So far, Tonoccus
las $4500 and one blue keychain. The kicker... he knew it was the
northwest key.
And prepared to try and
kick Tonoccus out of his champ spot is our new Ms. Circle, Andrea
Clark. We have a game of block and counterblock until we run out
of time. We'll see who wins this game next time on "American
Idol."

Kids Week from DC: Crystal Durham was the only player with the
correct response, but only made a conservative wager of $700.
Final Jeopardy! Category: The Western U.S. Answer: 2 popular
places for swimming in this national park are in Firehole Canyon &
at Boiling River. Correct response: What is Yellowstone?
Even with the wager,
though, Crystal won with $15,700 thanks to Alex Silady risking too
much of his $22,200, and thinking it was at Yosemite. He ended up
finishing in second place.

The voting is over, but
the contestants continue - just ask Quentin Abenti, Lindy Hudson,
Ernest Macess, and Suzanne Mayette as they get to bid on a digital
keyboard. Suzanne wins the $2,195 piano - and she can play happy
tunes on it if she wins A NEW CHEVROLET CAMEO!!!! She can also win
a wok, an alarm clock, a knife sharpener and an ice bucket as she
plays Switcheroo. ON her first try - she gets 3 right - and she
wants to switch a few things. She winds up not changing anything
so she still has 3 right. She wins the wok, the knife sharpener...
and the $14,420 car!!!
Donald E. Hall would love to continue the winning streak - and to
do that, he needs to win a luggage set. Someone will have a chance
to continue it - but it will be Ernest, who wins the $1,240
luggage. He can add a soccer table, a refrigerator and a bar set
to his winnings as he goes to a Clearance Sale. He sets up the
prizes as the fridge, dinette set and soccer table - but the right
order is fridge, soccer table and bar set and the win streak ends
at one.
Monte Barrett is here to turn on the win streak - or at least turn
on a portable hot tub. The $699 tub goes to Lindy, and so can a
dinette set, day bed and $1,000 in cash as she plays the Clock
Game. She's seen this game before, and she works it like a pro,
getting everything in only 16 seconds. None of them spin the
wheels like pros - but Ernest does win with 85 cents.
Emmy Wheaton starts the second half of the show - and so does a
collection of skateboards. Quint wins the $927 keyboard, and he'll
be playing PushOver for an entertainment center and color TV. The
numbers in the game are 274841740. He thinks the price is $4,841,
and he's...wrong. The price is $4,174, and he'll have to go back
to watching TV at his friends house.
Karen Fazzio is the first person to bid on some crystal stemware,
but the $504 stemware goes to the third bidder - Monte. What else
can go to Monty? A trip to Hong Kong - if he can Pick a Pair of
products. He starts with CLR ($3.99) and continues with hair
conditioner ($3.99) and he wins!
Can Leile Lavabini win a robotic lawn mower? No - Emmy does - and
she can mow the lawn to create extra parking room for a NEW FORD
FOCUS SE!!! The car isn't 27,434 - but each number is One Away
from the correct price. Emmy sets her price to $16,525 - and she
has 4 of the numbers right. She changes the price to $16,545 - but
it should be $16,325 and she doesn't win the car - or the wheel.
Monte does.
The first showcase has a digital camera, a trip to San Diego, a
trip to South Carolina, and A NEW VAN!!!! Monte takes it himself
and bids $24,600, leaving Ernest with a sofa, a trip to Florida,
and TWO FORD FOCUS ZX3'S!!!!!! Ernest bids $33,000 - and he's only
off by $1,233. Monte is off by $7,426, so Ernest wins a pair of
wheels - and $35,503 total.

Players: Desmond
Gaylord (customer service rep, Minneapolis City Sweep
contestant) and Diana Roman (legal advocate) |
Partners for Battle
of the TV Judges: Judge Glenda Hatchett ("Judge Hatchett")
and Judge Marilyn Milian ("The People's Court") |
Judge Milian and Diana
sweep "Nice Ego... Do You Have It in a "Small"?" (things people
wish were smaller). Super Six is under "Save a Cow. Eat a
Vegetarian". Trip to St. Lucia is on the line as Diana describes
to Judge Milian four things people save. But the do win it in
five, 10-8.
Diana is an advocate
for special needs children. She'll receive Judge Milian's clues in
the Winner's Circle. They pass "brands of coffeemakers", getting
it with three ticks on the clock left for $10,000!
Judge Hatchett and
Diana sweep "Look at My Chest When I'm Speaking To You!" (things
bodybuilders want noticed). Judge Milian and Desmond run "For
Boxers, the Tooth Fairy Works Overtime" (activities where you lose
teeth). "I Took Him as My Husband for Richer, Not Poorer!" is the Super Six for a Sony
Clie wireless package. Jule Micke of Hancock, WI, plays along as
Judge Hatchett communicates to Diana five ways a man might go
broke. Judge Milian and Desmond need three in "Who Needs a
Napkin When You've Got Sleeves?" (things
that indicate bad manners) to win, 14-13.
Desmond has lived in
Minnesota for 12 years. Donny hopes he doesn't get too excited as
he receives Judge Milian's clues in the Winner's Circle. At the
top for $10,000, "things that have sections". An orange's wedges
and a football stadium's seating will do it.

Suzanne Jonker returns
to the hot seat and is at the $8,000 level with all of her
lifelines still there for her.
She had to ask the
audience on her $32,000 question, to fully know that rap superstar
Andre Young is better known by Dr. Dre.
On the $64,000
question, Suzanne calls up her Phone-a-Friend Michelle Anderson,
to ask on the first jigsaw puzzles were developed in 18th century
England as a tool for teaching what subject. Michelle says
geography, and Suzanne thinks so too. However, she narrows it down
by two and geography is still there with astronomy. Suzanne might
be saying in her mind to Michelle "I'm sorry I doubted you" and
went for geography and it was correct.
Suzanne got to $125,000
confidently knowing that the final scene of the movie "Dr.
Strangelove" features nuclear explosions set to the tune "We'll
Meet Again". That was it for Suzanne after looking at the $250,000
question and takes her $125,000, as she didn't fully know that as
of 2003, there have been a total of 2,200 celebrity stars have
been awarded on Hollywood's Walk of Fame. Where she could've been
right, but to her it's not worth risking $93K on a total guess to
her.
Next is Adam Cooper, who was an "extra" in the Anger Management"
movie. On the $2,000 question, he asked the audience to know that
the "Lonely Planet" book series focuses on travel.
On the $8,000 question,
we go to the Phone-a-Friend David Soven to ask on the registration
for the Selective Service system ranges from 18 to what age. David
had no idea, so that was wasted, so he narrows it down by two and
the choices left were 25 and 27 years old. Adam goes for 25 and
gets it right.
Adam made it to $16,000
knowing confidently that in his song "My Ex's Live in Texas",
George Strait explains, "that's why I hang my hat in Tennessee".
He goes for the guaranteed $32,000 on Tuesday.
