JACOB CATLETT Born- 3.31.90 Height- 5'10" Weight- 200 Bats- Right Throws- Right Jacob Catlett isn't the most feared hitter in the league, nor is he the most intimidating presence on the mound but he's the best freakin' Halo 2 player I've ever seen (and I've seen a lot) and that's gotta count for something. Now I don't know if that's gonna help him in the CWL but atleast he can boast about being the best gamer in the league. For real though, Jake is a decent little ballplayer that brings a fiery attitude and sheer desire to win to the game. He's a borderline psychopath so if things aren't going his way, watch out because you're a prime target to be glocked in the head with a flying bat or other injury-inducing object. As far as his playing skills go, Jake is decent with the bat but isn't a real threat to go deep. He's not going to go crazy and hit for a high average but he's an adequate hitter. Catlett needs to cut down on the strikeouts and somehow become more patient at the plate. Jake's main drawback is his temper. Get him rattled and his day is over in most instances. Jake rarely pitches and if he does get a chance to toe the rubber, it's because his team is either way ahead or way behind. Needless to say, he's not a pitcher. Defensively Jake is a solid fielder. Jake isn't very fast but he's got good hands and can handle most fly balls and grounders hit in his direction.
