15 Field Museum



The museum of the 15th Field Artillery Regiment, RCA is located inside Bessborough Armoury, 2025 West 11th Avenue Vancouver BC. It is an official Canadian Forces Military Museum.
The museum has a WWII 25 Pounder Field Gun and a Bofors 40mm Anti-Aircraft Gun on display as well as uniforms from various eras and other items of interest to military buffs. The museum also has a detailed scale model of the Battery Position at Point Grey as it was during WW11. There is also a small archive in the museum.

15th Coast Regiment
B.C. Hussars( Armoured Car) RCAC
1st Searchlight Regiment RCA
1st Anti-Aircraft Regiment RCA
39th (Reserve) Field Regiment
11th (Reserve) Anti-Aircraft Regiment
43rd Heavy Anti-Aircraft Regiment
102nd Coast regiment
15 Field Artillery Regiment
The Museum staff is quite knowledgeable about the history of Vancouver Gunners and the various artillery monuments located around the Lower Mainland of BC The museum is located inside Bessborough Armoury, 2025 West 11th Avenue Vancouver BC. Open Hours are;
Tuesday 7:00 - 9:00 PM
Wednesdays 2:00 -4:00 PM
Thursdays 7:00-9:00 PM
Other times by appointment.
