November 4-5, 2000 Sierra Vista, AZ Oyez, Oyez, Oyez!!! Come join us! All good gentles are invited to journey to the Southern reaches of Atenveldt to the Coronation on November 4th and 5th in the Barony March of Mons Tonitrus. Coronation will take place at the Academy of Good Heights in the lovely Auditorium. (Mundanely Known as Buena High School Performing Arts Center in Sierra Vista.) This is a DRY site with no camping and no pets allowed except assistive animals. The air conditioned/climate controlled facility is very modern, and acoustically superb. It has a full stage and being suitable for Royal guests, the audience seats are padded. The auditorium includes handicap access, wheelchair seating and wheelchair stage access. Luncheon: Between the Courts a lite snack of finger foods will be available. The cost is included in the site fee. The menu will be posted in the October Southwind. Feast: The fee is $5.00. $2.50 for Children under 12. Children 3 and under are free. Limited to 200 pre-reservations only. Entertainment: Entertainment: For the most honorable Royalty and the attending populace, our loyal subject, Daffid, Steward of the Hounds of the Court Of Saint Gelert (Sierra Vista Greyhound Adoption League) will provide a demonstration of 6 - 10 greyhounds. These fine animals will astound us by their prowess. Lure coursing will begin immediately after opening court on Sunday. Bleachers will be available. The demonstration will last from 30-45 minutes. Children's Activities: Children's activities will be available on both Saturday and on Sunday. Schedules will be posted in the October Southwind.
Children must be pre-registered. Pre-registration deadline is October 15th. The first 25 kinders will be accepted. One may be registered for Saturday or Sunday or both. Children must be signed in and out for security reasons. Children must remain in the children's corner boundaries. Children outside of the children's corner are not the responsibility of the children's corner volunteers. Children signed into the children's corner will receive a token. Children must have a token to be able to participate in the activities.
