This section just touches on the spells that are available to us for our combat and defensive abilities, we have 6 books of Magicks available to us they are Fire, Air, Water, Aether, Electrical, and Earth Manipulation books. Our spells are designed for use in any situation, most help, some eh.... you will find out soon enough, when you choose your spells choose them wisely for they can not be removed once you choose them. I'm only going to list the ones that are available to use, others are planned for release, but we know how that goes, there's no telling when we will get them... Also one final thought, my comments on these spells are based on what I have seen and used. If anyone would like to add anything about these spells please contact me.

 

Fire Manipulation Book

  • Fire Shard (FS)-shoots a small shard at the target-moves slow hits kind of hard, good first spell. Will shoot multiple shards with high enuff prep.
  • Fire Ball (FB)-pretty much self explanatory, with enough mana it can be devastating!!!!!
  • Mantle of Flame (MOF)-good spell for PM, creates light in dark spaces, great to use agains web slinging critters and such.
  • Fire Rain (FR)-very devastating spell uses a lot of mana. I love this spell great room killer. Need high MD to control the cloud so you don't kill no one in your room.
  • Dragons Breath (DB)-sets target on fire, awesome spell, gives nice bleeders, sweet spell, you have to spit at the critter to hit it. Makes ya look like a dragon.

Water Manipulation Book

  • Frostbite (FRB)-saps vitality from everyone not covered with ES, also with enough mana can knock critters down to the ground, careful you will get tired if your not shielded
  • Ice Patch (IP)-Requires (FRB)-creates a patch of ice under a critter knocking it down, breaking bones, and stunning.
  • Rising Mists (RM)-Requires Lv. 2-makes everything hard to see, making combat difficult.
  • Veil of Ice (VOI)-Requires ES, IP-makes the next spell targeted at you to fail.
  • Fortress of Ice-Requires VOI, Lv.30-surrounds you in walls of ice, critters cant reach you and vice versa.
  • Frost Scythe (FS)-targeted spell, shoots a scythe of frost at critter, does okay damage with a lot of mana.
  • Water Purification-Requires Lv.2-cleans water.

Air Manipulation Book

  • Zephyr-empaths and clerics love this spell, raises vitality well
  • Tailwind (TW)-increases your chance to "hit" with bow or thrown weapon, also needs any kind of powder in hand.
  • Paeldryth's Wrath (PW)-great spell if your in trouble, knocks critters down to the ground and away from you, snapcastable.
  • Swirling Winds (SW)-helps you parry and dodge attacks better, great trainer for PM and Harness
  • Vertigo-badly unbalances the target by messing with the pressure around their head
  • Thunderclap (TC)-great spell for when your in trouble, creates a loud sound stunning everything in the room. Need higher disc so as not to stun yourself. Nice spell, snap castable.
  • Y'ntrel Sechra (YS)-"lifts" your armor from your body allowing you to move freely. Nice defensive spell. Also reduces hindrance on Chain and Plate armors.
  • Air Bubble (AB)-creates a bubble around your head allowing you to breathe underwater. Don't waste a spell slot.

Earth Manipulation Book

  • Tremor-Requires lv.2- Badly unbalances everything in room or knocks them over. Great spell since magic 2.1 changed it.
  • Sure Footing (SF)-Requires Tremor-improves your balance nicely great defensive spell.
  • Fist of Stone (FOS)-Makes a Fist of Stone come from ground hits target very hard nice damage at higher preps.
  • Earth Sense (EAS)-Lets you see whats underground good for PM and Harness
  • Magnetic Ballista (MB)Requires- LV. 20, FOS, SD- Shoots a stone at very high rates of speed, does incredible damage at missile and pole, inaccurate at melee. Looks sweet!
  • Ring of Spears (ROS)- Requires-?. Pushes foes from melee possibly sustaining damage. Absolute Crap for a spell slot, tho it does "look" cool.

Aether Manipulation Book

  • Ethereal Shield (ES)- Requires Lv.2-give a lil protection from spells, good for PM. Also works for everyone in your group.
  • Aether Cloak (SC)-Requires ES-makes you hard to locate and target by spells. Good spell if you don't have the MD to control the Fire Rain cloud.
  • Aether Lash (ALA)-Requires lv.25, AEL, and ES-severs things quite nicely.
  • Aether Lance(AEL)-Great target spell, does nice damage, with higher prep destroys armors

Electrical Manipulation Book

  • Arc Light (AL)-Requires level 2-uses electrical energy to 'flash' and unbalance target somewhat
  • Tingle- -Requires Arc Light and level 8-numbs targets hands and makes them drop what they are holding, good for harder critters or PVP
  • Static Discharge (SD)-Requires ES and Arc Light-creates a static matrix around your ES jolting everything at melee. In my opinion its a very nice spell.
  • Lightning Bolt (LB)-Requires SD and Gar Zeng-Fires a Bolt of Lightning at target does very nice damage, uses high mana
  • Chain Lightning (CL)-Requires LB and level 30-Fires several bolts on the ground badly hurting everything not covered with ES
  • Gar Zeng (GZ)-great first spell, unbalances target, does great damage with high Prep. The Best damn spell we have!
