Article VI
General Body
Section 1: The Glenbard West Young Democrats general body will meet no less that eight (8) times during the course of one (1) year.
Section 2: All meetings or assembling of the Glenbard West Young Democrats occurring off of school grounds, or during non-school hours must be approved by the administration of Glenbard West High School or by the Glenbard District 87. In the case that approval is not granted, the meeting or assembly will not have any affiliation with Glenbard West High School, or the Glenbard High Schools District 87. This includes the restriction of, but it is not limited to, the following:

1. Any apparel or representation supporting, or signifying affiliation with the Glenbard West Young Democrats, Glenbard West High School, or the Glenbard High Schools District 87.
2. The mention of the Glenbard West Young Democrats, Glenbard West High School, or of the Glenbard High Schools District 87 to any journalist, citizen, or passer-by.
3. The use of any property purchased by, belonging to, or representing the Glenbard West Young Democrats, Glenbard West High School, or the Glenbard High Schools District 87.

2. The mention of the Glenbard West Young Democrats, Glenbard West High School, or of the Glenbard High Schools District 87 to any journalist, citizen, or passer-by.
3. The use of any property purchased by, belonging to, or representing the Glenbard West Young Democrats, Glenbard West High School, or the Glenbard High Schools District 87.
