Lucid dreams

People who have lucid dreams often report different types of premonitions. The typical premonition from a normal dream can be seen as hidden deep in symbolism. Perhaps that is because the dream comes from the unconscious mind and is interpreted by the conscious mind. The conscious mind thinks in a different way. It sees things logically. The unconscious mind sees patterns. It is more of a neural system of understanding the world. It sees patterns.

When you see a neighbor from down the street then the conscious mind recognize that person and will deal with the day to day matters such as thinking what to say to that person perhaps. The unconscious mind sees patterns. It is the unconscious mind which will see a pattern emerge that you have not seen that person for a few days. And if the person is old then they may think about investigating to see if they are OK.

Lucid dreams may differ from normal dreams in that because you are a lot more awake and actually aware of the dream then you are able to process the information in real time using the conscious mind. The conscious mind will see the lucid dream in a much more understandable way.

So perhaps we can theorize that the dream is much more easier to understand. That is why premonitions coming via lucid dreams are much more easier to understand.
