Following are the steps to modify facial expression in a photograph
Step 1
Open an image with PhotoShop.
Step 2
Take a new file (Shortcut Ctrl + N) in Photoshop. Drag the image to this new file.
Step 3
Adjust the size of the images as per the requirements, this can also be done using Transformation Tool (Ctrl + T) .
Step 4
Select Filter > Liquify, the Liquify window will open on which you can find different tools like Wrap Tool, Turbulence tool etc. on the left side of the window and the properties towards the right side. Select the Wrap tool (Shortcut key W), adjust the size of the brush and drag it on the image where you want the desired effect. and click OK and your image is ready.
