Steps to get ice age effect on an image

Following are the steps to get ice age effect on an image

Step 1
Open an image with PhotoShop on which you want ice age effect.

Step 2
Rotate image by clicking on Image > Rotate Canvas > 90 CW. Next click on Filter > Stylize > Wind. This opens up the Wind window. Give the settings as shown below.

Step 3
Now rotate image back to normal, click on Image > Rotate Canvas > 90 CCW.

Step 4
Click on Image > Adjustments > Hue/saturation. Check the colorize option and give the settings that best suits the image.

Step 5
Next click on Filter > Artistic > Plastic Wrap. The Plastic Wrap window appears as in the image below , experiment these settings and click OK.
