Following are the steps to add special effect to an image
Step 1
Open an image with PhotoShop and adjust the size of the image as per the requirements. You can do this by pressing Ctrl + T a transform tool will appear. Adjust the size of image and click OK.
Step 2
Go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur. Click on ok.
Step 3
A window named Gaussian Blur will appear. Click 7 pixels on Radius. Click Ok.
Step 4
Press Ctrl + Shift + F to get Fade Option.
Step 5
A window named Fade will appear. Change the Mode from Normal to Screen.
Step 6
Again goto Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur. Click Ok.
Step 7
Click 8 pixels on Radius. Click Ok.
Step 8
Press Ctrl + Shift + F to get Fade Option.
Step 9
A window named Fade will appear. Change the Mode from Normal to Soft Light.
Notice the difference between the two images.
