How To Order: Just send me an email and tell me which item(s) you would like to order and tell me how you would like to pay.   I will answer you ASAP to let you know if the item is still available.  If it is then I will send you an email to let you know and then get the shipping information from you.    

Payment Options: Paypal & Personal Check. Paypal is Handmade by Mitzi's preferred payment method; therefore strict rules on personal checks must be met.  Do not send cash. Personal Checks must be received within 7 business days from the time you receive the information on where to send them.  If the personal check is not received within the alotted time, the item will be removed from  hold and go back up for sale.  Items paid with personal checks will be held for up to 10 business days while the check clears.

Paypal: If you've never used Paypal, it's really easy. All you  needed is a checking account or a credit card. Best of all, as a buyer, it's free to you. Go to www.paypal.com and set up an account. They make it super simple! For my protection, Handmade by Mitzi can only ship to the address confirmed by Paypal (your credit card billing address).  Sorry there are NO exceptions! If writing an e-check, the item will be shipped after the check clears. If using credit card or money transfer, the item will be shipped as soon as I receive notice of payment from Paypal.

Shipping: All packages are shipped first class US mail, which is included in the listing price for the U.S. lower 48 states.  For shipping outside the U.S please contact Handmade by Mitzi.  Larger items may be shipped UPS or FedEX.

Return Policy Bottom Line:  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Handmade by Mitzi.  If you aren't happy with your purchase, please feel free to return it for an exchange, credit or refund!  You must contact Handmade by Mitzi within 72 hours of receiving merchandise.  Merchandise must be returned to us using a traceable method within 7 days of initial complaint. Return shipping is responsibility of the buyer and must be insured against loss/theft. Shipping insurance charges are not refunded. Handmade by Mitzi is not responsible until we receive the merchandise back. It must be unworn/unused and in the same condition as when it was originally mailed from Handmade by Mitzi.  Your refund will be in the same form you used for payment.

Policy For Custom Orders: Custom Orders cannot be canceled and payment must be received before I start making the item.  No refund or store credit will be given on any custom orders, however we can offer alterations. If there is a problem with the size or fit of any item resulting from my mistake, it will be altered free of charge and Handmade by Mitzi will  pay for return shipping. If inaccurate measurements were given, I will alter it for an additional fee; shipping charges will then be the responsibility of the buyer. NO CASH REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS.
