Hanwei & his saxophone
Sexy & sensual

Hanwei & Wenyong played the saxophone & violin for a "faked" orchestra. |

Wenyong suggested that Hanwei play the sax
but Hanwei said instead of being sexy he'll be sensual. |
The Love for Piano

| Even as a baby
Hanwei has a special love for the piano. |
| As a boy
& later in his teens he got stuck on the piano whenever he
visited relatives who owned a piano. At 17, he often loitered in a piano
shop, fingering the pianos & dreaming of becoming a pianist. |
|
|
His
visits annoyed the cleaner She scolded him for dirtying the pianos & asked him to get his father to buy him one. But Hanwei's family was too poor to afford one. After that he became an artise.. |
Dare to dream...
Pursuing the piano dream
Even though it's best to learn piano at
tender age, Hanwei didn't give up his piano dream...
He finally decided to take formal lessons when he met his piano teacher, Thomas.

Thomas discovered
that Hanwei really had musical talent. He was amazed that he could play from memory without looking at the score.
Hanwei's diligence also impressed him. After his piano lessons, he
would practise again & again till he got them right. |
| Thomas is
actually Hanwei's neighbour's friend. One day
he overheard Hanwei playing on the keyboard which sounded "not too
good". He then chatted with Hanwei & Hanwei asked him to teach
him to play. |

Wenyong visits his ex- neighbours & asked if they were disturbed by "noise" from
Hanwei's piano |

Kim, his ex-neighbour
said Hanwei' could be heard playing piano any hour of the day because
of his irregular working hours. Initially he didn't play very well but
later he improved. His neighbours had no complaints as the music was
really nice. |
The challenge
|
|
To test Hanwei, he asked him to play blindfolded & he did. He then teased Hanwei if he
only knew one piece. Hanwei said after a few months' lessons he
could already played 6 pieces.
Wenyong said they will arrange for him to
play in a piano recital to fulfill his dream..

Wenyong stayed in his
apartment to make sure he prepares himself. But Hanwei exceeded expectation..
