~Chapter 9~

~6 Years Later~

"I'm sorry I'm late. But Starbucks was insane today." Chrissy said walking in the door. Chrissy gave the coffee to who wanted it.
"The Afflack negatives are here." Samantha said.
"Great, can I see them?" Chrissy said. She looked over the negatives. "These turned out great. Which one did he pick out?"
"That one." Justine said.
"Nice choice. Oh, I had an idea for next years auction. What if the celebrities made their own frame for the picture? Or they made something to do with the picture so it's more from them?"
"That's a great idea. I'll write it down." Stephan said.
"When's my next victim coming?" Chrissy asked.
"Half and hour, and it's fresh meat."
-----------------------
"So, who's our photographer today?" AJ asked as he, Kevin, Howie, Nick and Brian walked down a hallway.
"I think they said Christian Williams." Kevin answered. Brian stopped walking and thought about that name.
"Man, Kev, doesn't that name sound familiar?" He asked.
"A little, why?" Kevin answered.
"I think I know who the photographer is."
-----------------------
"Here they are now." Stephan said when the doors opened. Chrissy was busy loading her camera when they walked in, but when she heard someone's voice she stopped what she was doing.
~It can't be.~ She thought to herself. She turned her head to see who walked in and ran over to them.
"Brian!" She shouted.
"Chrissy!" Brian said, and they hugged.
"Oh my god, I can't believe it's you." Chrissy said. "This is so great."
"I know." The rest of the guys just stood there watching the two of them.
"Kev, how are you?" Chrissy said giving him a hug.
"Great, god, how long has it been since I've seen you last?" Kevin said.
"Almost eight years I think. Whatever it is, it's been too long."
"Oh, Chrissy, I would like you to meet the fellas. This is AJ, Howie and Nick. Guys, this is Chrissy." They all said hello, and go on with business. Chrissy introduced then to her staff.
"Do you have anything else planed for today?" She asked.
"Nope, this is it." Kevin answered.
"That's good, that means I can have some fun with you then." Chrissy just smiled.
"Oh no, she's got that smile again." Brian said.
"What smile?"
"That smile that always means trouble."
"I have no idea what you're talking about."
"Yes you do. The last time you smiled like that I ended up sitting in a basketball hoop." Chrissy just laughed thinking about that time.
"Ok, we should get started. First you guys have to go change, and then we'll work with the first set up. It's sort of a back-to-nature sort of thing. And then we'll move from there." So the guys went to change, and Brian was the first one dressed so he could talk to Chrissy.
"Looking good Bri." She said when she saw him.
"You like?" He spun around once.
"Yeah, especially I designed that one."
"You never stop do you?"
"Nope, and I don't plan on it." By that time the other four were ready. After they were done with the nature set up, Chrissy got an idea.
"Do you guys want to go to the alley?" She asked. "I'm thinking that you could go pick out what you want to wear so it's more raw. You know, the normal look for the Backstreet Boys." They all agreed, so they moved to the alley.
"Come on Kevin, show me sexy." Chrissy said while doing the individual shots. "AJ, smile please?"
"AJ doesn't smile Chris." Brian said.
"Why not? He smiled before. I think he has a cute smile."
"Well in that case." AJ said while smiling.
"Thanks much. I think we can head inside now." When they got inside, Chrissy explained to them about her auction.
"So, I'll send the shots to you and then when you let me know which ones you want to use, I'll mess around with them. After that, you sign them."
"What foundation are you doing this for?" Nick asked.
"I'm doing it for the Breast Cancer foundation." After that they all were ready to leave, except for Brian who stayed behind.
"What are you doing tonight?" Brian asked.
"Most likely going home, and making a pizza." Chrissy answered.
"Do you want to go to dinner with me?"
"I'd love to."
"Great, let's go."

~Chapter10~

"So, are you seeing anyone?" Chrissy asked while she and Brian had dinner.
"Actually, I am." Brian answered.
"Oh come on, you just can't give me that. I'm a girl, I need to know what she's like."
"Well, her name is Leighanne, and she's an actress."
"Very cool, where did you two meet?"
"She was in one of our videos. Ok, what about you? Has Chrissy found that special someone?"
"I have, his name is Anthony, and he's also an actor on Broadway."
"We should all get together the next time I'm in town."
"We should."
"Oh yeah, we're doing a show tomorrow. You want to go?"
"I would love to."
"And if you want you can come to sound check too."
"Can I bring my camera?"
"Sure." They left the restaurant, and walked to around for awhile.
"You never did tell me what you have been up to for the last few years." Brian said.
"Well, I traveled Europe for a while after college doing free-lance stuff, and then I came to New York to work for magazines." Chrissy answered.
"Sounds exciting."
"It was. Well, this is my place, do you want to come up?"
"I'd love to." So they went up to Chrissy's apartment. "Nice place." Brian said looking around.
"Thanks, it's probably nothing compared to what you're used to."
"What do you mean? This is a lot nicer than any of the hotels I've stayed at." Brian picked up a picture from Chrissy's table. "Is that Alyssa and Kyle?"
"Yeah, it's from their wedding. I always figured they'd get married."
"So, what else have I missed?"
"Well, Kim and Jim broke up after high school, and Andrea and Matt are engaged."
"I can't believe I missed Kyle's wedding."
"You should have been there, it was a lot of fun. Do you want anything?" Chrissy walked to her kitchen.
"Just water." Chrissy came back with Brian's water and a glass of orange juice for herself. She saw that her answering machine blinking, so she played the messages.
"Hey Chris, it's me. You're not home again, so just call me when you have the time. I'll talk to you later." Andrea said.
"Christina, it's me." Anthony said, "I'm didn't exactly want to tell you this over the phone, but I guess it's now or never. I'm sorry to do this to you, but I've found someone else. Again, I really wanted to tell you face-to-face, but I'm leaving first thing tomorrow for Europe. Good-bye Christina." Chrissy just stood there trying to figure out what she just heard. Then she sat on the couch, put her face in her hands, and started to cry. Brian put his arm around her, and she started crying on his shoulder.
"Chrissy, I'm so sorry." He said holding her tighter.
"I should have seen this coming. Everyone I love leaves me. I thought he was the one for me. Why do I even try?" Chrissy said now leaning on head on the couch.
"Chrissy, you're being too hard on yourself. It's not your fault that Anthony left. I feel sorry for him actually. He left a great woman."
"You're just saying that." Chrissy said wiping her nose.
"Do I ever just say things?"
"I guess not."
"And why would you want to be with someone who won't call you Chrissy? You told me God knows how many times that you hate being called Christina." Chrissy let out a small laugh.
"Brian, only you could make me laugh at a time like this." She rested her head back on his shoulder.
"That's why I'm here." Fifteen minutes later, Chrissy was asleep, but Brian was still awake.
~Why can't I ever make up my mind?~ He thought to himself. ~I think about her all the time, but I love Leighanne don't I? Wait, if I ask myself that, doesn’t that mean that I don't truly love her?~

~The Next Morning~
"Good morning." Chrissy said when she saw that Brian was awake.
"Morning." Brian said walking over to the kitchen where Chrissy was. "What are you making?"
"Omelets, you still like them right?"
"Only if it has cheese." Chrissy got Brian his omelet and some coffee.
"I've been thinking-" Chrissy started.
"Did it hurt?" Brian joked.
"Actually it did, but any way, I was thinking that I can do so much better than Anthony. I mean how could I think of spending the rest of my life with someone who doesn't like basketball?"
"So this guy didn't like basketball and called you Christina? What did you like about him?"
"Now that I think about it, I can't remember really." They finished breakfast and Brian used Chrissy's shower and then they headed to the hotel.
"All right sound check is in a half hour, that gives me plenty of time to change." Brian said opening the door to his room. He let Chrissy in first, but she stopped once she got inside the door.
"What is it?" Brian asked. When he looked over her shoulder, he saw Leighanne sitting on the bed.
"Hey baby." She said getting up and giving Brian a kiss.
"Leighanne, what are you doing here?" Brian asked.
"It's good to see you too."
"Sorry, I missed you. But I thought you were filming in New York this month."
"The director had a family emergency, so we all got the week off. And I thought I would come and visit you in LA. And who might this be?" She looked at Chrissy.
"Leah, this is Chrissy. Chrissy, Leighanne."
"Oh, so this is the famous Chrissy. Brian never stops talking about you. I'm glad I finally got to meet you."
"It's nice to meet you too." Chrissy said shaking her hand.

~Chapter 11~

"Chrissy, I'm so sorry I had you leave you with Leah. That must have been really uncomfortable." Brian said while Leighanne talked with the other guys.
"It's all right. She was really nice, plus I'm used to talking to strangers." She replied.
"Brian, get back up here. I want to leave sometime today." AJ shouted from the stage.
"I'll be right back." Brian said running up to the stage. Chrissy continued to take pictures of the guys rehearsing.
"Chrissy, you're coming tonight right?" Kevin asked after they were done.
"Yeah, Brian's hooking me up." She answered.
"I want to see you screaming for me then."
"I will don't worry." Kevin walked away, while Brian walked toward Chrissy.
"Get any good shots?" He asked.
"Like three rolls of them." Chrissy answered. "I'll end up keeping half of them for myself."
"Where did Leighanne go?"
"I don't know, she left twenty minutes ago and I haven't seen her since."
"Ok, and before I forget, wear something you can dance in to the concert."
"Why?"
"We're all going to a club after the show, and I want you to come with."
"All right, I'll see you after the show then. Bye."
"See you then, bye."

~During the show~

"What's up LA?!" Brian shouted while on stage. The crowd erupted with screams. "Can y'all do me a big favor? On the count of three, yell as loud as you can, 'Hi Chrissy' for my friend? Y'all ready? One, two, three."
"Hi Chrissy!" The fans shouted.
"Thanks, she's going to kill me later.
"You're right, I am going to kill you." Chrissy said when she got backstage after the show.
"I couldn't resist. You ready to go?" Brian said.
"Yep, where's Leighanne?"
"I have no idea, she said that she was going to meet some friends or something." The two of them meet up with the others and left. While at the club, Chrissy danced with all of the guys, but when a slow song came on, Brian asked Chrissy to dance.
"Do you realize the last time we danced was at prom?" Chrissy asked him while they were dancing.
"Really, well, something else happened at prom too." He said.
"What's that?"
"That was the night I realized I was in love with you."
"What?" Chrissy asked shocked and confused.
"After spending time with you, I remembered how much fun I always have with you. I've never felt this was about anyone before. Chrissy I love you."
"Brian I love you too." She moved in closer and kissed him. She eventually pulled away since Brian wasn't going to.
"What about Leighanne?" Chrissy asked while they were walking back to the table.
"We broke up today. The reason she came out here was to tell me that she found someone, and they were meeting in LA to leave for Europe." Brian said.
"I'm sorry, I know how it feels." Chrissy took his hand. "Wait, did you say they were leaving for Europe?"
"Yeah."
"You don't think that it could be-"
"Hey, they say it's a small world after all."
"And what is this all about?" Kevin asked noticing Chrissy and Brian.
"What are you talking about?" Chrissy asked sitting on Brian's lap.
"For that entire week I spent with the two of you, I never saw you touch each other when you weren't playing basketball."
"Well, Kev, let's just say that times change."

~Epilouge~

They eventually told the guys that they were together. After a few months, Chrissy told Billy, and he wasn’t surprised at all. He always knew that they would get together. Brian's mom had the same reaction, she was just happy that Brian finally realized what she saw between them for all those years.

Chrissy went on tour with the guys for the rest of the tour. And after, she visited Brian every chance she could get. As for Anthony and Leighanne, they were having an affair. But when things didn't work they both went crawling back to Chrissy and Brian. You should have seen their faces when they found out Brian and Chrissy were together. Oh, Brian and Chrissy eventually got married, and are expecting a baby girl. And soon enough, she will realize that times change.
