- My last Pompey match before heading off on the open road again, off
to India and Nepal and
then on to take up permanent residence Down Under. How will I survive without
my regular diet of Pompey?

- At least Pompey served up a much better footballing display than they
had against Charlton. Unfortunately Pompey couldn't put away their many
chances and Wolves had a chap called Steve Bull who knew a thing or two
about goalscoring. It's a funny old game, football.

- So, after a 2-0 defeat, I turned my back on Fratton, perhaps for the
last time, and settled down in the Robin Hood for a few reflective pints
of HSB...
