The Rules

• You must hate drowning, or when someone dies from drowning, or almost drowned.
• You need a REAL first name, a real country, and a valid e-mail. Websites are not required.
• BUT if you do have a website, put up a code before joining. If you do not have a code up your website will not be listed.
• Do not bother applying with your website if it contains porn, racism, or inappropiate material.
