Moms' Nights Out Hostesses (8) - Plan and organize a moms' night out each month throughout the year (September- May).

Activites Coordinator - Plan bowling days (November, January, March) at the base bowling alley; plan swim days (December, February, May) at the base swimming pool; plan park days (September, October, April) at a local park.

Scholastic Book Club Coordinator - Contact Scholastic for book order forms, distribute book orders, publicize a due date, order, and distribute books. http://teacher.scholastic.com/clubs/

Newsletter Editor - Collect articles and information and assemble a monthly newsletter for members to be distributed via Haven file or hard copy.

Librarian - Maintain library for home school group. Keep excellent records of materials available and those checked out.

Family Game Night Coordinator (3) - plan a Family Game Night (October, January, February) Organize board games, refreshments, and a few whole group games.

Family Game Night Assistants - Assist coordinator.

A.C.T.S. (Academic/Creativity/Talent/Science) Fair Coordinator - Plan and organize the A.C.T.S. Fair where children can display a presentation for science, history, geography, home economics, talents, arts & crafts, etc.

Academic Fair Assistants (2) - Assist the coordinator.

End of Year Activity Coordinator - Plan and organize family games and activities for a Field Day, Pool Party, etc.

End of Year Activity Assistant (2) - Assist the coordinator

Service Project Coordinator - Coordinate 2-3 service projects during the year (September-May) for families.

Yearbook Coordinator - Supervise youth in creating a yearbook for our home school group by compiling family page entries with other Haven photographs and information. Have book printed, collect fees and distribute yearbook.

Yearbook Assistant - Assist the coordinator

Field Trip Coordinator (9) - Plan a field trip for the group to attend. Contact the place of the trip and coordinate date, time, number of students/people and collect fees (if any).
