HEY
Talk about China -
Maybe we should clean up our own backyard
before pointing fingers

In an article by Anne Applebaum, “Hit China Where It Lives”, posted on Microsoft’s online SLATE (The Fray) Wednesday, May 24, 2000, Ms. Applebaum ends the nonsensical article with “Trade isn’t the right lever to use in China. Promotion of genuine democracy in Asia is.”

Exactly where in the world does an example of "genuine democracy" exist? In other words, where is the model for genuine democracy? I don’t believe it exists. It certainly isn’t this country since we are a failing Republic, not a democracy, genuine or not.

Applebaum seemed to think the federal government believes that democracy can be exported to China, perhaps by simply using the threat of NO trade as a lever. Of course, that has absolutely nothing to do with the decision by Congress to open trade. The people who control money and power could care less about China becoming a democracy.

However, it would be to the governments' benefit now working to establish a world government (one government) to allow China to become part of it. In fact, it is almost necessary since almost half the world's population is in China. (More on this later)

Now, I admit I do not know a great deal about China but I do know it is a dictatorship. I also know as indicated above it will not allow citizens to speak against the government, nor to organize as groups against the government. Modern history and millions killed by the government clearly shows this. The people's crime - speaking out against a most oppressive government.

Hence, our government showed what good fellows they are by opening trade with this country. Doesn’t this cause one to wonder why would the government of the United States of America accept China’s government? Remember this question.

Also, in the article was this. “... listen to Dr. Chi Su, chairman of Taiwan’s, who notes that China’s growing tangle of institutional problems - unclear property rights, poor contract enforcement, corrupt bureaucracy - are gradually heading toward a crisis: They are irresolvable without the rule of law, and the rule of law is “totally incompatible” with the doctrine of one-party dictatorship.”

As for unclear property rights, consider this. In most States (haven’t checked them all), tax on personal and real property is required to be paid. If not paid, the government takes the property. So, the tax is in effect an individual renting his property from the government. As long as the “rent” is paid, the individual retains his property. Otherwise, the government takes the property for ‘back taxes due’. So, I must ask - who, in actuality, OWNS the property?

“Corrupt bureaucracy” (government) in China. Is it any more corrupt than the US Government or is it just more openly corrupt? In this country, people's homes are invaded and threatened by government agents holding automatic weapons to their heads, government cover-ups (Waco, Flight 800, WCES raid), kick-backs, politicians bought by big business ... Need I state more examples?

The only real difference at this time in history is China's government has killed millions of its own people whereas this government of ours merely falsely accuses, fabricates evidence, destroys people by use of the illegal actions of the IRS (a foreign institution, not an agency), and has ordered killings (just not as many) and killed specific targets since it employs people for the task, and then pollutes or hides evidence against itself.

Poor contract enforcement? The most important document to this Republic is the Constitution in which the God-given rights of Man are clearly stated. It is a contract in that it established a central government (deemed a corporation by the Supreme Court) with extremely limited powers while joining the sovereign States as a Union under common cause and good.

And, yet, the US federal government has far exceeded it powers and is approaching Gestapo Germany and Communist Russia in its invasions of privacy, federal income taxation (absolute theft of money of American citizens), illegal laws including gun control, education, social security (no more than the Ponzi pyramid scheme with no contract nor constitutional right to enact or administer), illegal stops and searches; in short, violations of constitutional Articles, violations of the first ten amendments, and completely repugnant to the philosophies on which this nation was founded.

The US Government, separate and distinct from the United States of America (the union of the States) has armed, or is arming, its agencies as a standing army, also in violation of the Constitution. The army is used against law-abiding citizens which is in violation of the Constitution. By doing so, it is invading sovereign States outside its jurisdiction which is no different than a foreign army invading one or more of the States of the Union.

It exceeded its jurisdiction with nearly every law passed during my lifetime (actually, the past 150 years) as its jurisdictional plenary power is ONLY over the District of Columbia, the possessions (funny how it OWNS other nations and people but spouts rhetoric about freedom), and federal properties. It does NOT have plenary power over the citizens of the 50 states but is, instead, OWNED and CONTROLLED by the people.

However, one would never know it since the federal government essentially prohibits and hides the truth concerning the Constitution, income tax, social security, cover-ups of its actions, and so on. Hence, the illegal and horrific terrorist-like raid on World Community Educational Society (WCES) people.

The WCES is an educational organization teaching people the truth about social and political events that have shaped the world, global banking, asset protection, and other subjects.

Check the site if you have Internet. It is an educational institution offering classes. It does not teach subversion nor teach or do anything illegal except in the mind's eye of the federal government, the most powerful, corrupt gang of criminals that has existed, a government terrified of the truth reaching all citizens of the 50 States.

Consider this. As stated above, the federal government in Washington, Congress (Republican controlled) and the Executive Office (Democrat controlled), has supported China’s dictatorship by opening trade rather than NOT trading with it until the Chinese people are given freedom. By doing so, the feds went against the very foundation this country was founded on.

Thus, the two major parties in essence acted as one, the same as the one-party dictatorship in China which, according to Dr. Chi Su, is “totally incompatible” with the ‘rule of law’. Without the rule of law, clear property rights, nor contract enforcement, nor corrupt bureaucracy as societal problems are resolvable. And I do agree with the good doctor.

As indicated above, what we basically have in this country is the US Government verses the citizens of the union of sovereign States called the United States of America. The US Government, the corporation established by the Constitution, IS acting as a ONE-PARTY DICTATORSHIP which exceeds its limits and jurisdiction established by the Constitution.

Thus, “The Rule of Law” no longer exists in this nation of States. It has been circumvented by a centralized government depending on the apathy and/or ignorance of its citizens to completely destroy what was good and great about this country.

Now, back to the question as to why the government opened up trade with China, a government diametrically opposed to liberty. After all, this nation of ours does not depend on any product or natural resource being supplied by China. We have every technology it has. In other words, China has nothing we need and we did very well as a nation during the years China allowed very few “foreign devils” within its boundaries.

Putting it bluntly and a bit more clearly, China has absolutely nothing our union of States needs. Furthermore, what other countries do concerning trade with China is their business, not ours. Therefore, being logical, one must ask then, “What is it the federal government needs (or wants) from China?”

Taking into consideration the federal government’s hidden agendas, there could be a very sound reason for the government sanctioning China’s dictatorial government. Perhaps it is not to aid democracy bleeding slowly into China as Applebaum alluded to - perhaps it is, instead, that China can be a powerful ally of the federal government should the people in this nation rise up in defense of the Constitution of the United States of America and against a one government world.

I am sure that any nation which kills millions of its own people wouldn’t mind wiping out millions of “foreign devils” defending their homes and freedom whereas American citizen soldiers might balk at killing other Americans. This may seem far-fetched but, as you well know, other countries side with governments that will most suit their own purposes.

At any rate, whether this be the reason or not, before we are critical of, or involved with other governments and nations, perhaps we should first clean up our own backyard, with ‘backyard’ meaning the cesspool of corruption we call the District of Columbia, the US Government.

Let us stop all the crap for money and power by the US and other governments which have caused nearly every war on this good, but getting very small, Earth. Perhaps, then we can live as a union of Earth’s people with liberty, justice, and good will for all Mankind.

At least, so we can pray.
