Consider this. First, were the Davidians guilty of any crime? Not that I know of. All charges were unsubstantiated if reporting of such information was correct. Of course, it was by the Texas Rangers but what do they know?

Second. Why weren’t David Koresh and the others with trumped up charges against them simply arrested in town quietly? Again, this could have been easily accomplished by local law enforcement, even if a "Barney Fife" type.

Third. Why were there military weapons (tanks and automatice weapons plus long-range 'snipers'at the farm house (not complex, you misleading SOB’s) if not with the intent to use American standing army forces against American citizens on American soil, an act tantamount to war?

Fourth. Did or did not a tank run into the house with the intent of knocking huge holes in it without regard to those behind the walls?

Fifth. Would the fire have started had military weapons not been used against the house and the people in it?

And read the stupid, government ass-kissing comment by Danforth. “There will be no criminal prosecution. It would be overkill.” Christ, where is justice? Is this idiot from my home state trying to convince us that what happened to the Davidians wasn’t overkill of innocents?

Danforth also said his investigation did not consider whether the FBI agents acted responsibly during the stand-off. Now, let me think. Since this seems unimportant to Danforth, the federal government lackey, does this mean that responsibility for actions shouldn’t be considered in murder trials and the like? Sort of, well, gosh, since the alleged killer’s responsibility for his actions can’t be considered, he must be innocent.

Damn, Danforth, but you and your “investigation’ suck. Read this - “The investigation was into bad acts and not bad judgment.” This, Danforth's statement relieving the feds from responsibility, is enough bull crap to fertilize a thousand gardens.

Is he trying to tell us the government may crash tanks into your home, shoot innocent people simply for standing up to it, fire pyrotechnic devices into your home, use the military against American citizens on American soil, call any home they are attacking a “compound”, prevent people from exiting a burning home by killing them when they try, hire hitmen to pick off people trying to evade or escape the firepower of the federal government, fabricate charges, and so on?

As for the jury in the current case, most juries as the record will one day show, can be and are controlled by the federal government in cases against the federal government and its agencies. After all, most take place in federal courts on federal property. I doubt that any jury in a federal jury is even given its powers and responsibilities properly. Another story, however, so back on track.

What kind of idiot is Danforth? This so-called ‘investigator’ didn’t even investigate into why the government hid evidence, covered it up with bulldozers, why the FBI lied about the pyrotechnic devices and infrared tapes with the FBI commander approving the use of military devices, and, from me, why the FBI made use of a professional CIA hitman who likes to shoot women and children and why charges were fabricated against the Davidians to begin with? Which boils down to - JUST WHAT THE HELL WAS THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT DOING THERE ANYWAY? See, Folks, it did not have jurisdiction.

If the federal government and its killers didn't intend on killing all that remained of the Davidians, why weren’t reporters allowed to be in close proximity the last day when the government killed 80 people? Why weren’t TV cameras allowed to record the entire siege against American citizens from Day 1 on to the last day of the Davidians lives? These questions remaining unanswered are the only evidence one really needs to know there was a government cover-up.

But, Danforth, being the brain-dead government brain-washed fool he is, expects his report to cause the conspiracy theory and cover-up by the federal government to go away. Not in my lifetime, Danforth, you sorry sack of government bullhockey.

Personally, Danforth and all you other government scumbags, I think your investigation should be investigated by private, civilian investigators who know how to dig out the facts with every aspect of this government act of war against American citizens scrutinized under the microscope of justice.
